I bought HVAC system from ARS 2years ago. Price was super competitive on one of the pricier fancier units that we have chosen.
Installation was very professional. They left my basement after installation cleaner than it was before and ware shoes overalls in the house to keep everything clean. Unit in the garden was installed very nicely too. I can honestly say it was the cleanest and most professional team we hired up to day to work on the house.

My family and I are very happy with the purchase.

We also pay for ARS yearly membership, which includes tuning up the HVAC system couple times a year. Just for the piece of mind that everything runs well and smooth. People who show up to do tune up always respectful and professional.

I was so relieved to have called ARS when my AC went out on this 85 degree Sunday. The on-call technician, Rob, called me within 10 minutes of me calling for service to let me know he was about 30 minutes away. Rob was incredibly nice and asked some questions about the issue via phone. After looking at the unit, he found the issue within minutes and explained his findings and what he was going to do to fix it. He also went the added step to clean parts of the unit that had been covered with dirt and put everything back in its place. Thank you Rob and the team at ARS!!

Update! Used ARS again but for plumbing! Roger was great. Efficient, helpful, and respectful! He installed 3 new toliets in under an hour and a half!

I love the $59 A/C check-up special. Our technician was Scott W who was very thorough and courteous.

It was great to have him explain exactly what he did and what we need to watch for in the future.

Scott managed to catch the dual capacitor was not operating correctly and he replaced it on the spot with no added labor charge.

Best $59 ever.

Roger the technician was very rude. He had come over to fix the garbage disposal. He completely contradicted what the receptionist on the phone said regarding their warranty policy and pretended he did not even know who this receptionist was that works in their office. So basically I was told one thing over the phone when I made the appointment with this company and then told something completely different by the technician regarding their warrant policy once he showed up and finished the work. It was too late by then. I will not be using them again in the future.

Just had a new Central Air Conditioner installed by this company. After getting several quotes and checking all companies ARS was willing to negotiate the price and their high rating helped me to pick them, This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor; Not only did they offer 2 years of interest free payments the quality and professional service was worth every penny.
The installers laid tarps throughout the house to ensure my carpet was not damaged. They arrived early and finished the job in about 4 hours, showed me how to work my new thermostat and were friendly and very professional cleaned up so well I couldnt even tell they were there.
ARS will be my go to company for all my heating cooling and plumbing needs from now on. Great job guys.

Dan came to our house before 9:00 am on Saturday as promised. The first thing he did was put on his booties. We are not ""clean freaks"" as we have three dogs, but we really appreciated that. We didn't know what to expect as it had been a couple of years since we had our furnace cleaned, but Dan was able to clean it in a fairly short amount of time and replaced our filter as well. He recommended a few minor actions to take, one of which I can handle myself, but we were never given the impression that these things needed to be taken care of right this minute (like others may have). We will definitely use them again!
