I had an appointment window between 2:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. At 4:40 P.M. they called and my wife answered the phone. The person on the other end told her that they were at appointment capacity for the day. She said """"let me let you speak to my husband."""" They hung up! I call the number back, no answer. Since they were contracted via Lowes, I called Lowes. The Customer Service Rep attempted to reach them; No Answer. I called their Corporate Customer Service and was told that the local office responsible for my service would call me back in 15 minutes; its been 50 minutes. A very unprofessional company that has no concept of customer service!

Service: Wanted to quote a replacement HVAC system in our home. Salesman sent to residence to give quote. The technician (salesman) who was sent could NOT be bothered. Firstly, he didn't have a name tag or anything suggesting he was from ARS. He also didn't introduce himself. When I asked if he wanted to see my outdoor unit, he declined. I asked about receiving the details of his quote via email, I didn't receive a single thing after he left. In not so many words he basically stated that if we weren't going to sign paperwork today to get a new unit then why was he even there? His rough estimate was $6,000 OVER a competitor that I had come in earlier that day. I cannot recommend this service.

Run from this company!! I had a 10 to 2 arrival window and was told that they would give me approx 45 mins notice. Around 1:15 I called to get an update and was told they would call me back within 1O mins. By a little pass 2 I still had not heard back from anyone. Three more calls, same promise, same thing. No call back. At 3:15 I got this message, """"Hey there this is ARS heating and cooling and just wanted to give you a quick call and let you know you are the technicians next call unfortunately he is running behind I'm not sure how long since he is stuck at that call but we will give you a call when he is in route if you have any questions call us back."""" It is beyond me that they think this is ok. I lost a full day of billing hours because this company doesn't have the courtesy and respect for other peoples' time and they don't do what they say they will do. And to top it off, I live in a condo building that requires a certificate of insurance. Well surprise, they sent me one that is expired!!!

It's a scam. They just want to get into your house to perform a fake tune up. They look for some imperfections and try to sell you expensive repairs. Stay away from them

I called ARS yesterday to troubleshoot a possible furnace problem. The technician Jose arrived on time and checked my furnace fully, explaining everything to me. He was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. I have always been totally satisfied with ARS.

The initial visit was to have a tune up performed...that never happened... At first I thought I was fine with Fred's visit until the domino effect occurred. 1. I received the email that was not detailed enough and then just because of some repairs needed (which, after a second opinion seemed embellished) . I called Fred and asked for a more complete version and was told I received what I needed. I was not emailed any of the pictures to show proof. 2. While on site, he never checked the outside unit but stated I needed a new as well as my inside unit. 3. After he was done, Wes (sales guy) came out and where I felt like I was at a timeshare...it was entirely the same set up. 4. I reached out later that night to Wes and asked for more updated information to show the warranted need for a new system. He never did send it. 5. I asked for my service fee to be returned as a tune up was never performed....no response again! Erick Gordon service manager sent me an email that was laughable with no real invoice just the worded version of what was told to me and sent by Fred. I emailed Erick back and asked for details of why it was suggested for me to purchase a new system....He never responded to me.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased a $10K unit from this company and 15 months after install it repeatedly broke. Although I was under warranty, they did not expeditiously come out to repair it in below 32 degree weather. After the first break and repair, it broke again and of course the took their sweet time responding to my complaints. I asked for a manager for over a month and not a single soul called me. It wasn't until a technician came to repair it again that I was able to get someone on the phone while he was there. Joe and Scott the operations and service managers are probably the most unhelpful people in the company. Their motto is not the customer comes first and is always right. This has been a horrible experience. Please don't purchase a paper clip from these people.

Nate arrived on time as promised, for the complimentary follow-up inspection of our A/C furnace install from last summer. Extremely professional and knowledgeable, he reviewed each function, and demonstrated again how the system functions, so we are prepared for colder winter weather. He made minor adjustments and tested each system thoroughly, ensuring maximum efficiency in the future. Nate demonstrated throughout his visit, that outstanding customer service is an integral part of the ARS mission. His follow-up was typical of the overall professional experience we have come to expect from ARS Rescue Rooter. We highly recommend them to anyone requiring prompt, efficient heating and air conditioning service.

Had my unit installed last October, so still under warranty. 6 month inspection, no issues detected. August, unit not cooling properly, and I also noticed a leak. Service person dismissed my concerns saying it was the schedule in my smart thermostat. A few weeks later there is water raining from my ceiling. Service person comes out. Turns out the installer didn't install the bottom panel of the furnace and put TAPE on it instead. Drain line was also installed improperly. I have been waiting several weeks for them to repair my drywall. Every time I call, they said a manager is going to call me back.

This company is totally a ripoff. Nobody wants to help. There is no physical office so that customers can go and talk to somebody. Only call center. I have not received my credif of $500 yet, it has been 3 weeks already, The quality assurance managet, Scott, total useless. I do not know who gave him that title. Total ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NOBODY WILL CALL YOU BACK AFTER YOU PAID THEM. stay away FROM THIS COMPANY
