I use this company for my rental house in Houston. They always came promptly when they were called although I asked several times for detailed invoices because I wanted to know everything I was spending money on by the line item and they never gave that to me. I mean, I'm running a business. I need line items.
And they're very expensive, but all of their texts are background checked and drug tested, etc.

Bought a water softener from Home Depot. This is the company Home Depot gave me to use. Had them out to give an estimate. They wanted $1800 to install a water softener. In a house that was already plumbed for it.

The guy giving the estimate told me a couple things--first that it would be an easy install as it's already plumbed, so 1-2 hours at most. Then that he had personally spoken to the manager about the estimate. I asked him "so you are saying your hourly rate is $900+ per hour?" His only response was "I don't make the prices, don't shoot the messenger. Because I was absolutely incredulous about that price and I was clear about that.

I tried calling for the manager. Never got a return call. I will definitely also complain to Home Depot. FYI, Wallin plumbing gave an estimate that was well under $500. And a handy man did the job for $275. Be sure to get multiple estimates if you get one from this company, because obviously they are at least sometimes completely off the wall on how they determine a price.

I have been waiting over a month for my AC to be fixed for the third time. Each time I call they promise someone will call by end of day. They don't. I call again the next day. Repeat. I have asked to speak with a manager. Instead the salesman who sold me the malfunctioning unit calls and tells me the "part" we are waiting for is expected on Tuesday. On Wednesday when I hear nothing I call again and the whole cycle repeats. Do NOT spend your money here. Since I bought this one I have had two other new AC projects and I did not give them more business. I chose John Moore instead and was super happy. Now if only I could get this unit fixed. I will call again tomorrow.

Absolutely horrible service...1st appoint to replace water heater valve / pilot assembly. Booked for a window of 4p-8p...had to call multiple times and am told they are waiting on an update from the tech...finally at 11:30pm I get ahold of someone and she admits they are not coming! Rescheduled for early AM Appt...same BS and they finally show up at 11:45a and quote over a $1000 bucks to just install parts, I got from the manufacturer...that is more than a new water heater costs. Total rip-off & horrible customer service!!!

ARS Conroe are great to work with. Reliable and trustworthy. Make sure however you get the Conroe office, not ARS north Houston. They are not the same!

All I can say is thanks! From start to finish first class. Very professional, mask on, clean up after, would definitely recommend.
