Worst experience I've ever had. No exaggeration this place is full of crooks. Gave me a quota over the phone and then gave a last minute charge a $300 extra.
Do not trust his company, Call to talk to a manager in as why it was so much and they lied about how long they were there by three hours And on top of all this they didn't even fix the problem Properly.

I was surprised to see my faucet leaking in my master's bedroom. Got a church member, to help me out. It worked but in am, but there was still a small leak. I called ARS Rescue Rooter. The man, Ed Kroshchuk came, a veteran plumber of his company. Checked my under-the-sink faucet, and made recommendations. Just to install 4 new angle stops/risers,(i have to provide the parts), he charges $887.00. I can't afford that. Checked my newly installed garbage disposal that stopped working, and he said, it needs to be replaced. Installation is $500. I can't. He charged me $99.00, a trip charge in spite of the deal I had over the ph. when I tried to cancel, Freddy said, he is waving the charge for one time. But he insisted that the company policy, said, I have to pay the trip charge So I paid, just so he leaves the house.

Good one, I found on google, that Rooter Ranger, is open 24 hours, and they will come and tell me the problem and free cost estimate. It is Saturday, they don't have enough people, can it be in am. I begged for tonight, even late. Supervisor called me later, it may be past 9 pm. Can it be in am? I begged no. So, a man named Morghon Liddell came, still sweaty, but clean, he went straight to work. He said my friend did it right, just need to tighten up. Refused to be paid, he didn't do much, he said. I asked to check my garbage disposal, pushed a button, and fixed it. I was so grateful, that I insisted to pay at least gas money. He said to just write a review for the company. Wow! God is good! There are devils, and there are God's angels. Thank you, Lord!

I called this man, ED by ARS Rescue, 2days in a raw, just to see what he will say for not finding the right solution. His answer was, that it was leaking, so it needs to be replaced. The waste disposal was not working, so it needs to be replaced. He did not know the real diagnosis. What a shame for a seasoned worker. Then the next day, Freddy called me and said, he was the original person that I spoke to and he admitted to telling me, no charge, just let him come. So, he proposed to pay me back the $99.00, just don't make a review. I said, keep the money, I want to save other people.

I wished I could do this without a star. ARS rescue deserved nothing.Evil

I'm shocked at the low star rating and negative experiences because just this week we've needed support a few times and they came to our house immediately to help resolve (My 4 year old flushed a toy down the toilet which was the culprit). We met 3 different plumbers this week (Tom, another Tom, and Jose) and all were so kind, professional, friendly and honest. If you find yourself in a situation where you need immediate plumbing help, I 100% highly recommend ARS. Also their cost is so affordable for the time and care they put in.

Scammers. Don't use them. They run a commercial for $69 drain cleaning but charged $$390. The bill had no detail about what was done. I'm the owner and my tenant approved the work so I got the invoice a few days later. The company took multiple days to get back to me as to what work was actually done and their justification for the outlandish pricing. Run from this company!!!

These guys came out through Lowes because I needed a hot water heater. They had the nerve to quote me $8,950 for a gas water heater and $14,750 for a tankless. I called their office to request which water heater they were quoting me since the most expensive is less than $2k. Also how did they come up with another $7,000 for installation? The guy fumbled over his words, couldn't tell me the water heater and mumbled something about a warranty that was not even quoted. These guys are a complete scam. I reported them to Lowes management. Got a tankless water heater installed the same day for $3400 installed. Beware and stay far away from ARS Rescue Rooter!

We had a clogged kitchen drain. The plumber arrived 1.5 hours after the 2 hour window promised, and gave an estimate to unclog the drain that we felt was extremely high. We then called Affordable Drain Service, a company specializing in clogged drains. They were out within an hour, had the job done in 30 minutes, and charged 1/3 of ARS's estimate.

I put in a load of laundry and left, came back to flooded laundry room. The water heater is next to the washer and I wasn't sure which was the culprit and couldn't visualize a leak because it's really tight behind my machine.
ARS was polite and prompt, they came over on a Sunday late afternoon and that's where the positive review stops. The ""plumbing technician"" glanced behind the machine, didn't bother to move it to get a better view and said he couldn't find a source. He checked the water pressure and told me a I have a leak behind the wall.... And in order to find the leak it would cost $650 and be contracted out to another company who he would call right then if I signed the contract to pay $650 and waived my right to have 5 days to reconsider. I was slightly panicking but something just didn't seem right.

I cleaned up the water mess and ran the washer again and low and behold it leaked everywhere. How hard would it have been for him to do this or take a closer look at the washer, but instead he freaked me out and almost convinced me to throw away $650. Screw this company for wasting my time and trying to take advantage of me. Will be reporting them to the BBB.

I'm a single mom with two girls - one who has severe medical respiratory /oxygen dependent issues ! I called them out and the first time. The guy recommended a drain jet flush for 1800 - uh nothing was wrong with my drain it is my small gas leak .... The supervisor came out (Isiah) told me it would be 20,000 dollars and that was with a. 7,000 dollar discount bc they ""felt bad "" also he already had the numbers figured out with a 12 yr plan 238 a month and 10 percent interest what in the actual f-
.20 grand for my lil home ? Have to redo the whole gas piping and I'm lucky I didn't have my house blow up ... the day prior the Sdge guy came out and told me it was a small minor leak ! Isiah ... acted all friendly tried to get real buddy buddy and multiple times I was like ""ok I will let you know"" and he would keep talking and wouldn't leave - finally I reached out to someone who would help as it is my daughters health that is most concerning !!! That's what is so fkn disgusting and fkd up about this dude ! He was acting all nice and saw my daughter and knew damn well he was trying to rip me off ! No, full on SCAM me !!! Got me signing these papers - never explained what I was signing and one said you could cancel up to five days if u decide ! So after he called up to get his company to confirm he did a great job by lying and manipulating and knowing he is doing me dirty all the while trying to be all fake friendly ... smh Shame on you - Isiah your karma will get you, trust me !!!!! I was like no fkn way does this cost 20 grand so I made a few calls and spoke to my neighbors and park manager who came over immediately and checked it out! I called up Isiah and said I'm canceling - I signed the five day cancel paper and this guy says : you signed the waiver to give up the five day canceling fee - again bullshit and why the fuck would I sign a waiver to give up my right to cancel a 20,000 job --He said ""yeah but don't worry about it, we can put it on hold"" - I was like ""oh no dude I am canceling - I'm not doing it "" he knew at that point. He couldn't push and bully me anymore with his phony facade and bs stories trying to be a sales person and relatable - Are you kidding me ! Well he said it was fine , I could cancel- especially since no one started work ! I paid 100 to Tony Love - the guy who originally came out and he definitely knew what was going on was out of alignment with his truth but he too followed along they switched the receipt to 100 and All was done ! The contract with canceling said it had to be a written telegram by the 17th ... so I called Isaiah back to confirm and asked if there was an email I could write that I am canceling ! He said "" I could send it to his email and it was already canceled "" well ok that is good bc if they did try to pull any more shade - I had my lawyer on the three way call witnessing everything Isiah wrote the wrong date ... where I should have dated , he filled in the date with the wrong date!
The Sdge guy who Isiah said - don't call them, call us - um don't call Sdge if I have a gas leak ? Sdge guy said that is insane they would try and Scam you . He said for the most nicest house and working through the night re doing all the piping cost a guy 14 thousand and that was for a house five times the size of mine and working through the night ! I'm truly disgusted that these fools thought they could come out and SCAM a mom who has a lot on her plate but apparently they were completely unaware they woke the karmic beast - let this be a lesson - don't mess with Boss Bitch Energy!
