This is an update with additional info. on the garbage disposal installed in my home May 2020. I was charged $295 for minor kitchen sink clog and $585 for installing a garbage disposal (cost of garbage disposal is average around $100). I believe everyone can clearly see how high the charges are. It's not that this company is not at a best price. In my opinion, this is definitely horrible price to charge customers.

I consider this the best plumbing and pumping company in the city. Marco Ramirez & Jose Ceja came to fix our pump this week, they were extremely professional, punctual and kind. The quality work they did is amazing and they took there time to make sure everything was done perfectly. I highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter, we have been using this company for 2 years now and don't plan on changing, they are the best. Also the prior day to repair, ARS sent a supervisor named Eddie to inspect the situation so they would be prepared the following day. Truly amazing the effort they put into there business.

Fixed a pinhole leak up in attic that was very difficult to get at.He could have just opened up the ceiling but he went the extra yard up in the attic & fixed the problem very quickly.

I did regretted to leave Five star satisfaction & the reason is we were gonna use their $88.00 coupon which we received in the mail for our clogged bathroom, long story short after hours we end up cancelling the service. After I had a talk to their manager he said THEY DIDN'T HAVE LONG SNAKE to open the drainage that's why we canceled the trip . Maybe the job was to big & they decided it's better to stop this difficult & time consuming project MAYBE !
But their technicians were extremely polite, respectful & quick. They return my money back for sure & I called someone else .

Mr Gilbert Arellano was a good plumber. Rather than chg an exorbitant chg he explained to me that using sealant will solve the job. He was honest not a rip off. Thank you

This company charges extremely high prices. For a very simple plumbing issue the plumber wanted to charge us $890, stating that it was Sunday. After a lot of negotiation we paid $525 which is still too much for just about 30 minutes of work that he did. I contacted them the following day and they reimbursed some of the money. I can't believe that they actually get away with charging so much. I certainly would not use them again.

ARS/Resue Plumbing sent out a really nice plumber...he unclogged the toilet in 5 minutes...BUT, $225.00 is RIDICULOUS. They also had an ad for $69.00 to unclog the toilet. But when they get there they say its only for outdoor drains. The only thing they have going for them is the nice plumber..

Horrible staff!!! I was sitting out there waiting for my order. This guy showed up and started swearing in front of me. For a business, you need do a better job on background check and customer service. Getting job done is one thing, being rude is another thing!!! For the customer who may choose their company in the future, u gotta think twice before make a decision. Cuz u know, they may swear at you!

Unfortunately had a clogged toilet the night before New Year's eve and our landlord/management co was out for the holidays so had to hire a plumber. ARS was great - the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and gave me a window of 8-10am the next morning. Also they were running a little bit late and a nice woman also called me in the morning to give me a heads up. The only thing I would caution is they won't quote accurately over the phone. But if you get a quote on site and don't like it you don't have to hire them. My technician was also friendly and professional.
