I did regretted to leave Five star satisfaction & the reason is we were gonna use their $88.00 coupon which we received in the mail for our clogged bathroom, long story short after hours we end up cancelling the service. After I had a talk to their manager he said THEY DIDN'T HAVE LONG SNAKE to open the drainage that's why we canceled the trip . Maybe the job was to big & they decided it's better to stop this difficult & time consuming project MAYBE !
But their technicians were extremely polite, respectful & quick. They return my money back for sure & I called someone else .

Mr Gilbert Arellano was a good plumber. Rather than chg an exorbitant chg he explained to me that using sealant will solve the job. He was honest not a rip off. Thank you

This company charges extremely high prices. For a very simple plumbing issue the plumber wanted to charge us $890, stating that it was Sunday. After a lot of negotiation we paid $525 which is still too much for just about 30 minutes of work that he did. I contacted them the following day and they reimbursed some of the money. I can't believe that they actually get away with charging so much. I certainly would not use them again.

ARS/Resue Plumbing sent out a really nice plumber...he unclogged the toilet in 5 minutes...BUT, $225.00 is RIDICULOUS. They also had an ad for $69.00 to unclog the toilet. But when they get there they say its only for outdoor drains. The only thing they have going for them is the nice plumber..

Horrible staff!!! I was sitting out there waiting for my order. This guy showed up and started swearing in front of me. For a business, you need do a better job on background check and customer service. Getting job done is one thing, being rude is another thing!!! For the customer who may choose their company in the future, u gotta think twice before make a decision. Cuz u know, they may swear at you!

Unfortunately had a clogged toilet the night before New Year's eve and our landlord/management co was out for the holidays so had to hire a plumber. ARS was great - the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and gave me a window of 8-10am the next morning. Also they were running a little bit late and a nice woman also called me in the morning to give me a heads up. The only thing I would caution is they won't quote accurately over the phone. But if you get a quote on site and don't like it you don't have to hire them. My technician was also friendly and professional.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I called about 6:15 PM to have a main line unclogged at my rental property. They told me someone would be there in about 2 hours. Later, they contacted the tenant and said it would be after 9:00. Then she got a call saying they wouldn't make it out that night, did she want to reschedule for the next morning. They delayed me 4 hours to find a reliable plumber, which I ended up doing. I was extremely frustrated by this company. It looks like I'm not the first one to have this happen to.

It's bleak when your sewer backs up on a Saturday morning especially when you discover that your 90 year old pipe to the city in Hancock park needs to be replaced. ARS is a professional company and believes in training their people, and it shows: everyone of the individuals responsible to replace our sewer we're professional and courteous. Matt, Ken (the big guy) Francisco, Andy, Marco (Polo) and the entire ARS team were fabulous in that they kept us informed and followed through every detail.

It is refreshing to interact with such a professional group during such a traumatic event. They alleviated a lot of anxiety in responding to a major household issue; by educating and providing video of their work every step of the way. Delilah and David.
