On 3/08/2021 we called Home depo for ac service. They sent ARS to my home to tell me that my ac needed to be changed, and quoted for 2 ac units! We paid $10,000.00 for both. By 3/16/2021 installed a new system then we called because it was not cooling We called them on 3/29/2021 there was a loud sound like a Mack truck in my home! They came out on 3/30/201 and did something in the attic. It is less loud! Still loud. My original system was very quiet! we called about the not cooling issues! 5/16/2022 From the very beginning there were problems they had to come out several times for several different issues including the ac not cooling problem! April/21/2024 Called for someone to come out. The system is not cooling! So they had to put refrigerant! How could that be? It's a new system! that you just installed! less than a year old! The next time they came out they said there was a leak! this is April 21/2024) there is a leak and it needed 6Lb and it would cost me $1,302.00 for R410A Refrigerant! The guy said he found the leak that replaced the valve on the unit that was leaking. He replaced it but by June 10/2024 cool-ray came out and said there was still a leak! They told me to call ARS tell them to do a Isolating leak search! They finally sent a guy to tell me that he found the leak again. He called Scott, the quality control manager whom I have left several messages for. and he never returned any of my calls! The ARS technician told me that I was very angry and asked me if I had ever paid for any service! and left without fixing or doing the isolating leak search! that was on June 10/2024 On the 18th of June cool ray found the leak with pictures of the coil that ARS techs had damaged when they installed the system!

Tried them a couple of times. Really should have learnt our lesson. 1st my Wife was sexually harassed by their male rep. 2nd after promising not to send same guy. Quoted us $1,200 for an ac fix then dropped price to $900 if I paid now. After paying they stated the fix would be the next day. Next day came and they booked it for another 24 hours later. 48 hours came, no calls or emails. Phoned help line to be told the 2-6 time was only tentative and that they hadn't even ordered the part yet and weren't able to give an eta or make another booking with us for the install. Asked for our money back and they out me on hold for a total of 30 minutes then told me they'd see what they could do. The worst part is the other quote I had was $45 more expensive and they would have fixed our hvac by now. No end in site with ars. Massive let down.

poor service again this year. (norcross ga). schedule service call 5/09 for mid day. end of day i called, they said too busy. resched for sat today 5/11, 10-2. no call, no service. i called 3 times. the dispatcher finally called and said too busy. requested call 5/13. too busy. 5/15. this business sucks. i need warranty work so it it what it is. im done after this. dont call this company.

DO NOT USE! This is absolutely the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get someone to come out to repair our HVAC for several days and they continue to cancel with out giving any notice. They orginally installed our HVAC in December and our AC is not working. A technician came out and told us it was wired incorrectly and wanted to charge us $600 to repair. I told them they intially installed the system a few months ago and they should not charge us again to repair it. I keep calling to speak with a manager who is always convieniently """"busy"""". After calling for the 10th time, I was finally told they would send someone to make the repair with no charge. They were supposed to come between 12pm - 4pm and never showed up. This is the third time I have had a repair appointment and they canceled without any notice. I tried calling Scott, the quality assurance manager, left a voicemail and have yet to hear back.

Great service By andre and CO worker. They were very courteous and explained everything. Service done in timely manner.

Scheduled appointment for an estimate for a water heater replacement. Appointment window was 6pm-10pm with requested arrival time of 7pm. I was told that I would be contacted 30-45 mins before the tech arrived. Drove 2+hrs in rush hour traffic to the property. No one called about appointment. I called at 9:15pm and was told that they couldn't guarantee when the tech would arrive. I told the rep. I had waited several hours and no one had yet reached out to me to say that they would be late or to reschedule. The rep then made up excuses why the tech hadn't called. The tech could be in an attic, or up to their knees in sewage or a house could be flooding. Really? Ridiculous excuses and talking over me is not a good look. Lots of talk but no follow through, I am done with this company.

NEVER NEVER NEVER USE ARS RESCUE ROOTER!!!we purchased a brand new unit and already have had 5 different ppl come out and wk on the heating unit!! Woke up today with it being 29 degrees outside and heater isn't working!! Call the dept they set me up w a time of 9am to 1 pm same day! And here it is 2 pm no service no person and the bad thing spoke to 3 different ppl to see where this man is! And all they could say is dispatch is at lunch and when they get off lunch we can find out where the repair man is!! I even left a message for the boss over the boss """"Scott"""" !! Where's the customer service at? WORSE COMPANY TO GET ANYTHING FROM!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOONE USE THIS COMPANY AND TO REPLY TO THE WHAT ARS JUST COMMENTED I ALREADY TOLD YA WE CALLED SCOTT 2xs thts why I called his boss! Calling Scott is a waste of time

I've been working with ARS for months (Since September) to remedy the issues caused by the three weeks it took to get our AC fixed in August. We had multiple service techs come to the house with duplicate diagnoses. The issue with their diagnoses is that none of them acknowledge the error codes on the unit. Instead, they insisted it was the thermostat itself. They finally ordered the part, installed it, only to get the same error codes. Finally, they replaced the whole AC from the manufacturer. During that time frame, yellow mold infested the underside of the house. ARS assumed culpability and send out a team member to fix the mold in our closets and under the house. Unfortunately, the gentleman came with one spray bottle and quickly noted it was not enough. We needed professional mitigation. ARS took weeks to respond to emails about getting a professional company to mitigate. We finally paid for the mitigation ourselves so the mold wouldn't cause further damages. We kept ARS informed throughout that process then submitted the paid invoice for reimbursement. It has been about 5-6 months since that time and we have been pushing ARS then their insurance company, Liberty Mutual, for reimbursement. Liberty Mutual has offered us 50% of the total fees. We declined that offer since we're not 50% at fault. Despite us supplying images, evidence and more, Liberty Mutual and ARS have refused to rectify the issues caused by their ineptitude. It seems their staff is not familiar with the systems they install, making them ineffective in servicing them. And if they cause an issue to your home, don't expect them to help. My advice, find a reliable, expert provider that will deliver on their guarantees.

I recently had ARS install a new Carrier HVAC system in my main residence. I found their company through Home Depot. ARS had the best price quote out of five HVAC companies. The installation lasted the entire day. They accidently damaged my ceiling during the installation. The unit was installed in March 2021 and suffered some performance issues when I first began using it two months after installation. First and fore most their customer service was excellent. Everyone of my calls were answered or returned in a timely manner. Everyone that entered my house for either the installation or to rectify the performance issues were professional and cordial. Every one of the unit's issues were addressed and corrected. The contractor they sent to repair and paint my damaged ceiling did outstanding work. I highly recommend ARS. They have competitive pricing, knowledgeable installers/technicians and excellent customer service.

Called on Monday to schedule a visit for my clogged sewer which was setup for the next day. Time frame was 11am to 3pm. Had someone come and stay at the house since they require it. No one showed up that day. I called the next day and was told the visit was actually today, Wednesday, same time frame. Again, I had someone come and sit at my house to wait for the technician. And again, no one showed up. No phone call, nothing. I called on Thursday and was told I had canceled the day before around 3pm. The only time I called was a 9:30am. I repeated that was sewer line was clogged and really need help. The person on the phone said tomorrow Friday between 12 and 4pm. So for the third time this week, I had someone come to my house and wait on them. And AGAIN, a no show and no phone call. I called in around 5pm and clearly said I was upset. I was told that they have no technician available until Monday! I insisted on having a manager called me within the hour and I am still waiting. Mind you, we are talking about a clogged sewer line. I can't believe how unprofessional these people are. Leaving someone stranded in such a way, with no apologies. If you don't want or don't have the manpower, say so. I discourage you to call them for your plumbing needs. They are a joke.
