Lisa Arroyo is a licensed civil engineer in California with more than 17 years of experience in municipal projects. Her certifications from NASSCO include PACP, LACP, and MACP. Moreover, she is a Board member of the North American Society for Trenchless Technology (NASTT) and serves as Vice-Chair for the local chapter, Western Society for Trenchless Technology (WESTT).
