Lisa Arroyo holds NASSCO certifications in the Pipeline Assessment Condition Program (PACP), Lateral Assessment Condition Program (LACP), and Manhole Assessment Condition Program (MACP). She also holds a position on the Board of Directors for the North American Society for Trenchless Technology (NASTT) and is the Vice-Chair of the local chapter, Western Society for Trenchless Technology (WESTT).
