Lisa Arroyo is certified by the National Association of Sanitary Sewer Organization (NASSCO) in the Pipeline Assessment Condition Program (PACP), Lateral Assessment Condition Program (LACP), and Manhole Assessment Condition Program (MACP). Lisa Arroyo is a licensed civil engineer in California with more than 17 years of experience in municipal projects. Her certifications from NASSCO include PACP, LACP, and MACP. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for the North American Society for Trenchless Technology (NASTT) and is the Vice-Chair of the local chapter, Western Society for Trenchless Technology (WESTT).
