We hold a General Engineering Contractor license in California, License #1050074, among other certifications. Lisa Arroyo is certified by the National Association of Sanitary Sewer Organization (NASSCO) in the Pipeline Assessment Condition Program (PACP), Lateral Assessment Condition Program (LACP), and Manhole Assessment Condition Program (MACP). Lisa Arroyo is a licensed civil engineer in California with more than 17 years of experience in municipal projects. She is certified by NASSCO in PACP, LACP, and MACP. She also holds a position on the Board of Directors for the North American Society for Trenchless Technology (NASTT) and is the Vice-Chair of the local chapter, Western Society for Trenchless Technology (WESTT).
