He showed up drunk. My husband was doing work at the site as well and said he could smell it and eyes shot.

Arrowood refused to correct an issue with a toilet he installed that would not refill after a few months use. We tried to get our contractor to have him fix it soon after we realized it wasn't working right, then our contractor passed away and his company was dissolved. Called Arrowood and he kept putting us off for months, then recently told us he would NOT fix it. There are also other issues like the shower/tub faucet does not work well, and poor water pressure in just a few spots that should have been fixed, but now will be done at our additional expense. Extenuating circumstances-- Arrowood should have done the right thing and taken care of our problems.

The best experience EVER. I called because a pipe burst and water was gushing from under my vinyl siding. He was at my house in less than 5 minutes, did an awesome job and charged me next to nothing. I thought there was a digit missing from the total!! Highly recommended, A++ service from an honest man!
