I'm so glad I found this plumbing business. I was tired of reaching out to other plumbers who wouldn't give me ballpark numbers up front, but these guys were super transparent and gave me a rough estimate right away via chat.

Wahhab is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, including potential safety issues and long-term risks. He completed the work quickly and left the area spotless, which I really appreciated.

He also gave me a heads-up about my water heater's age and suggested a smart, affordable leak detector to help prevent future problems. He provided a quote for a future water heater replacement with no pressure.

Definitely going to call them again for any plumbing stuff in the future.

If you're like us, one reason you've probably put off repiping your home is the fear of drywall damage and the mess that comes with it. Our experience working with Arrowhead Plumbing showed us that repiping doesn't have to mean a big mess in the house.

From start to finish, their work was impressively clean, careful, and methodical. They made far fewer drywall cuts than I expected, and their approach was clearly thoughtful. Even in the crawl space, their work was neat and tidy. On the first day when they were doing exploration by cutting into our walls to understand the routing of our pipes, I came downstairs expecting massive amounts of drywall destruction. To my surprise, they had only made a small number of small, strategic drywall cut outs to pinpoint the location of our existing piping. Their communication about work status and updates for the next day's work were also clear and provided in a timely fashion.

We did get quotes from other companies for repiping our house. Arrowhead's quote was right in the middle of the range in terms of pricing. There were other companies that provided a lower quote and promised a one day job completion. Having seen the entire repiping process, I'm not sure how the work could be done with the same level of care and cleanliness in one day. Companies promising to finish a repiping job in a day definitely leave pipes in the wall and I suspect that they would need to do more cutting into drywall.

Arrowhead delivered exactly what we hoped for: a clean, professional repipe with no surprises. We highly recommend them.

Sunny and his colleague provided excellent service. He was upfront and communicative from the initial quote. The installation of my two new toilets was completed promptly within days of my inquiry. The quality of their work was outstanding and at a reasonable price (better than other quotes I recieved)

I don't even know where to begin. I have never met a kinder outgoing, intelligent Plumber like Wahhab. Incredibly knowledgeable.
I made a call this morning in desperate need for hot water. My neighbor gave me Arrowhead Plumbing as a good alternative. Wahhab called me within 20 minutes of me leaving a message.
He asked what was the problem and I gave him some detail and he said you know what I'm right around the corner. I can be there in 20 minutes. Today is Saturday I was completely blown away that he would just do that for somebody he doesn't even know. To me that speaks volumes. And he was so intelligent and knew exactly what he was doing. Highly highly recommend this gentleman for everyone.

Very responsive and wonderful company. I had a leaking kitchen sink that they came next day to inspect and provide an estimate for. The sink of course did not leak while they were here but we were able to gameplay what to do if it returned. Of course the leak came back the same night that the bomb cyclone wreaked havoc on Issaquah. SonnitSonnitcame to fix the day after I purchased the new faucet and also fixed another sink that was leaking at no additional charge (missing gasket). Incredible customer service and I will be calling Arrowhead for my next plumbing issue or project!

Needed help with assessing the issue for a toilet that keeps clogging easily. They responded quickly and were able to come out the next morning. They arrived promptly, were very courteous and professional as well as efficient. They provided clear and up front information about solutions and costs.

I had a sudden leak show up and called Sunny to investigate. Sunny and his partner debugged the issue and determined the probable source of the water. They cut a hole in the ceiling in the estimated location and were able to confirm the leak. They then stopped the leak so I could get my water back on and implemented the final fix in the morning. I was impressed with how quickly they solved my problem.
