One of Arrowhead Plumbing's service men came out to my house this morning to see if he could help with an intermittent problem I was having. My tankless hot water heater occasionally stops sending hot water after about ten minutes, then takes about 5 minutes to send hot water again, unless I turn it off, and back on, which then only takes a minute or two to get me hot water. Your plumber suggested a few things, one of which was that perhaps my water was too hot, but never looked at the hot water heater. He only turned on faucets and the shower I use, and said the problem didn't occur for him. I told him, in a calm voice, that I know intermittent problems can be difficult, but I would hope that he would try to find the issue, instead of telling me to use another shower, and wait for it to totally break down - that he never even looked at the hot water heater, even though he stated that could be the issue. That was really the totality of the conversation. He just said """"Keep your $100. I'm out of here"""". As he walked away, I asked what his name was - he just ignored me, and walked out and left. He was very rude, and I hope that he can find some way to be more understanding with homeowners who are just trying to get their stuff working. Please know ahead of time that you may encounter this same young man (I don't know his name) if you call Arrowhead Plumbing.
