I replaced the 2nd water heater in January 2019. Everything went well, as I expected. Whenever I have called with a question I have received a timely response and persons on the phone are always professional. When I needed an HVAC company I called to ask Mr. Bell for a recommendation and have been more than well-pleased with Mobley Heating and Air, (770) 939-6998. I think Mr. Bell will be my """"Yellow Pages"""" from now on. :-)

Adding to my original review: I've used Arrowhead Plumbing several times and they NEVER fail to go above and beyond. They did a complete remodel of our neighborhood clubhouse (finished on time and within budget), installed a new water heater for me, repaired an emergency leak for an elderly neighbor (and charged a fraction of the normal cost), and today repaired our tub! Always friendly, informative, and lots of money saving ideas. Derrick Bell and his son Derrick Jr. are wonderful and I would NOT hesitate to call them again!

We had a major water leak in our slab, this was the 2nd time in a year 1st time it took 5 months for the insurance to get our house back to normal, we did not use Arrow head the 1st time. The 2nd time this happen was the week before Christmas of this past year year, twice in one year we couldn't believe it. I found Arrowhead on the web and gave him a call. I will say this I did not like Derrick at 1st and I even told him this. But after a couple of visits to the house and meeting with the insurance company I told him I would let him do the work. I would have to say best choice I have very made for anyone to do any work on my house. They told the insurance company the only way they would do the works to it the right way and that was to repipe the house an to run it not under the slab but to run up top. Derrick payed out how the work was going to be done, and time frame. I was not expecting it to be done as he has said it would, there is always something to go wrong or delays, or something. But not this time he actually got it done a day ahead of time. Now his son Derrick Jr did all of the work. Derrick is a straight shooter does what he says he going to do, he holds nothing back no surprises , and after getting to know him I actually ended up liking him, he is a good Christian man, who still does good work. These guys are true professionals and plumbing experts. They really saved the day and further damage on my rental property when I had a stoppage that backed up into the house. I had a dishonest plumbing company (Delmar construction) come out that tried to scam me out of my money. Then I was referred to Arrowhead and they were so refreshingly honest and repaired the pipe and installed another cleanout for $4,000 less than the other company tried to charge me for an incorrect diagnosis. Derrick Jr. did the repair promptly and competently. Arrowhead will be the only plumbing company I will have to do work on my rental property or my residence from now on. They have earned a customer for life and I have told several others about how great they are. I hope Arrowhead will be justly rewarded as they were amazing!

I was assigned Arrowhead Plumbing through Cinch Home Services warranty to replace a leaking water heater. The plumber demanded over $1,000 in non-covered costs, claiming all the extra work was required by Georgia building code. When I asked for specifics on the code requirements, he refused to provide any. To ensure I wasn't being overcharged, I brought in another plumber for a second opinion. The second plumber showed me that most of the items I was being charged for weren't necessary, and the legitimate out-of-pocket cost should have been around $350. I attempted to work through the warranty company to adjust the charges, but Arrowhead Plumbing then refused to do the work at all. Cinch Home Services also refused to validate Arrowhead's demands or let me work with a different service provider. This experience has been frustrating, to say the least. I strongly encourage others to avoid Arrowhead Plumbing and Cinch Home Services and look into the complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau if you're considering using them.

This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Do not use them. They give you a warranty but then lie if anything breaks by saying there's sanitary wipes in the pump to cover their A**! DONT USE THEM! If you have a plumbing problem post on next door or message me and I can give you names of GOOD PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WHO HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES AND CUSTOMERS! These company will rob you and cheat to get out of doing their job! STEER CLEAR OF ARROWHEAD PLUMBING!
