One of their drivers almost hit my car while I was trying to merge onto the highway. I honked my horn to get the drivers attention. As I drove next to them, both the driver and his partner in the passenger seat were laughing and gave me the finger. I've never used the services of this business before, but by reading the bad reviews it's gotten; it seems like this company does not care whatsoever about customer satisfaction nor do they care about the customer at all. This business deserves to get shut down.

Worst plumbing company ever! They just try to rip money, charge a lot and do nothing.

I purchased a tankless hot water heater in 2013, which carried a 15 yr Heat Exchanger, 5 yr Parts and 5 Yr labor warranty. My heater failed with a code after 4.5 years and they cannot fix it because parts can't be obtained from the manufacturer. The original tankless heater cost $4,529 and their discounted replacement of tankless heaters they now trust would be $5,000.

Wish I saw the previous bad review. Things have not changed except the initial consultation fee is now $99. They give you a quote but try to get more noney out of you by saying it is possible the initial attempt won't work. They tell you whether it works or not, they will charge you on top of the consultation fee. I passed due to the unsure resolution and found an alternate plumbing company that fixed the problem in ten minutes without extra fees. Please try locating a company that does not charge consultation fees, they are truly out to help, whereas this company is after the quick 100 bucks without the skill or confidence to fix the issue the first time.

Extremely disappointed with Arrow - Our hot water heaters went out and they charged us $79 for the consultation and then quoted over $600 to replace both water heaters...we said thanks but no thanks... We called a competitor of yours who was referred by a neighbor - they not only came out to our house for FREE but they checked and confirmed the "bad" parts were under warranty and fixed it for FREE...they will submit the cost to the manufacturer with the warranty. What a WASTE of $79 with your company for nothing...you were going to gauge us to replace two entire water heaters that didn't even need to be replaced. What a joke. I will ensure all of my neighbors and friends in the area don't use your services in the future.

I have been using Arrow since 1983 and I have never had a bad experience with them. I had them come out again very recently and the technician (Dallas) was very personable, courteous and professional. All options were explained before hand. No, they are not the cheapest plumbing company in town but they don't pretend to be. They do the job right, and guarantee their work. What's not to like?

I was personally very unhappy with my experience with Arrow plumbing. I did not contract them, but tenants of mine did when I was out of town. They charge $99 just to come out, this is not taken off the bill, and after they look at the problem, then you find out how much they are going to charge. My tenants had a faucet replaced and the charge was $562 (total). I have personally replaced many kitchen faucets, and it usually takes around an hour and a faucet costs less than $100 for a medium value faucet, and $100-200 for an excellent faucet.
When I called and complained about the price, I was told that these were standard prices and that they put in a really, really good faucet that I am unable to go out and buy (that was his explanation).
According to my bill, this was the only work that they did. According to my tenants, there were two of them and they spent nearly 2 hours replacing the faucet. I have no clue what they did to spend that amount of time. I was never given any indication by my tenants or their office that they did anything more than replace the faucet.
Personally, I will never call them again and was quite unhappy that my tenants did.
The 2 star review reflects my unhappiness with the price.

Great service. Respectful, professional, and prompt. I could not have been more pleased.
I have a 26 year old Sepco solar water heater. Came with the house when I bought it 11 years ago. It never failed until yesterday. This morning I called at 7:20, got a call back at 7:40. Plumber was there around 11.
Mind you, since I never had a problem and I am not the most mechanical guy in the world, I never really checked out the tank and system. So I was a little embarrassed to find out what merely happened was the breaker/reset button popped on the electric back up. Clearly not much work involved aside from diagnosing the problem.
However, we were most impressed by the professional manner in which the plumber carried himself. He educated us on how the system works, gave us several options for upgrades and improvements. He also checked out other plumbing issues we had. He wrote up the quotes and went on his way.
I am always weary of plumbers and getting ripped off, but I highly recommend Arrow Plumbing.

Big mistake! Beware of this company. We moved into the area and I selected this company from the Internet. I asked them to do a couple simple projects. Unfortunately, I was at work and my wife was at home when the plumbers arrived. One problem we had was the dryer vent needed cleaning. They searched in the attic for the vent when any simpleton would know just to turn on the dryer and walk around the house. They had my wife sign an agreement that we would pay to scope (use a camera to view through the vent). This charge was $300+. Once they did this they called me and wanted $750 more to clean the vent. This was the biggest scam ever. I ended up cleaning the duct myself in a couple hours using fish tape, laundry line, vacuum cleaner, and a duct brush on a drill. Watch out for this company - you know its a scam when they continue to tell you how much it will cost up front and how professional they are. Ouch!
