Our water heater officially died on Christmas day - who showers on Christmas anyway? I called Arrow Plumbing the next day. Spoke with Janet who was friendly and knowledgeable and had everything scheduled for the following day at 9 AM. Matt showed up on time with all the right parts and replaced our water heater within a few hours. The best part was no surprises, which is really all I wanted. And it was at a great price. No hassles. Delivered as promised. All good. No need to call anyone else.

Had Arrow come out and install a new water heater. Initial call was very pleasant and with someone that was very knowledgeable. First time using Arrow(based on the high Yelp ratings) and was very pleased. Price was significantly lower than another place that I had been using for years. Matt did a good job looking at the situation, determined the best size unit to fit the available space and did a really nice job. Matt was very cordial and answered all my questions. Discussed a few more smaller jobs which I will take care of soon with Arrow. Cleaned up the job site very nicely. Very pleased.

Arrow Plumbing saved the day! There is nothing as horrible as a clogged toilet and googling a DIY method can make it worse. It was an absolute nightmare for me. When I realized that I can't handle it myself and need to call in an expert, I searched online. The first few calls I made only added to my stress. Some services are too expensive and others are too busy to come right away. When I called Arrow Plumbing and spoke to them, I was immediately relieved. They were helpful and very reassuring? and promised to send someone asap. I got a call from the technician soon, and he said he was already on his way.
He is an expert, (I called him a wizard!) and got the toilet fixed in a jiffy! He also took his time to test and check that everything is ok and gave some helpful tips too. Most importantly, it was his attitude that helped. He was so jovial and helpful that I immediately felt stress-free?. They offer great service and are very affordable. I recommend Arrow Plumbing 100%.

I recommend Arrow Plumbing for any Home plumbing issue or problem you have. They replaced my Hot Water Heater/Tank and did exactly what they said they'd do, very professional and friendly. I didn't compare their prices, but plumbing is serious and you get what you paid for, so don't skimp on that stuff. Review after review on Yelp is a lotta 'they were the cheapest, and really screwed it up.' Thumbs up high for Arrow.

Great service and skilled plumbers. Their knowledgeable and clean up after themselves. If you have an old house with old cast iron plumbing, theses are the guys for you! The office personnel are polite and helpful. Can't say enough about this company! Thanks Bruce for a job well done!!!

We awoke to a very unpleasant sewage back-up coming through our basement drain. I called at 9am on a Friday after quickly searching Yelp. They were able to send someone same day and he arrived promptly at 12:30, even though I was given a 12:30-2:30 window. Alex was our plumber and he wasted no time diagnosing the problem and explaining things to me as he went. The repair ended up costing far less than anticipated and actually made us realize through our previous experiences with other plumbers that we've been ripped off a few times. This company is honest and does the job right, the first time. He even recommended a clean up company to restore our basement. We won't hesitate to use Arrow for all of our plumbing needs in the future. It's great to know that there are still honest, reliable small companies out there who don't try to take advantage of you when you're in an emergent situation.

Arrow plumbing by far, is the most honest plumbing company. I had my main drain backup and had to call another plumbing company for an emergency drain routing. After the routing job and camera inspection they told me that my main drain line has separated and they will need to dig up my front yard to fix the drain pipe. They quoted me $4800. Luckily I called arrow plumbing for a second opinion and they found nothing wrong with my main drain pipe. Thank you Arrow plumbing!
