Rip off, want to charge $145 to provide an estimate to replace a commode. This is the cost of 1/2 hour. Never heard anything so dumb. Go elsewhere this is just wrong.

I've always used Arrow. The only time I didn't, the plumber quoted a price that was 50% more than Arrow's. Austin took care of inspecting my sewer line recently. He was friendly, neat and did a great job. Thank you Austin!

Arrow has done our plumbing, heating and air conditioning work for 20+ years. Last week Joe arrived as scheduled to fix a toilet clog. It turned out to be a major clog requiring some big equipment and a camera to diagnose and plan the fix. Joe was great in explaining each step in the analysis and what the next step would be if the current one was not enough. I appreciated his professional approach to issue. It turned out to be a 3 hour job, but the bill was modest for the work performed.

Great service provided, especially Joe, who showed determination in trying to repair our kitchen faucet and when it became impossible to repair spoke with manufacturer and got them to replace with new faucet for no cost. Timely service , great quality, easy to work with. Joe was exceptional with his knowledge and skill, true professional. Highly recommend him and Arrow for their work and fairness.

Arrow is fantastic. I had a drainage issue that others had overlooked that was causing really unpleasant odors. Arrow sent out a tech who quickly diagnosed the problem, and then John came out a few days later to inspect and formulate a plan of attack, which involved some creative problem solving. I really appreciated all of the thoughtful planning. I then received a very reasonable quote, given that it was a major project that would take an entire day.

Bruce then arrived on the project day and knocked it out of the park. He did excellent work and kept me informed throughout the process. Really nice guy and great plumber.
A few days later, John called me to check in to make sure everything was working okay. And then I got an invoice that matched the quote.

Overall I could not be more pleased. Honest, professional work is hard to come by these days, and these folks delivered it. Arrow will be my plumber going forward and I would be more than happy to recommend them to others in the Libertyville area.

This is our second winter in our home, and we inherited Arrow from the previous owners to do our annual back-flow inspections. Yesterday was the first occasion we had to call them for anything else: the thaw revealed what turned out to be three pipe bursts over our garage, causing water damage and pooling over three floors. Jerrod and Jeff were just incredible from start to finish. I didn't have much presence of mind in the chaos but when my wife called them, Jeff advised that if I could get my car out safely then I should do so, and that probably spared me from a *second* insurance claim lol. He spoke with me and confirmed I had in fact successfully turned off the mains (I dunno-- new house, never been through this before, I'm lucky I got it done :-). They somehow managed to get out here in probably 15 minutes after the call. Jerrod worked quite hard but quickly and expertly, and got three bursts identified and repaired in just a couple of hours. I didn't have to worry about getting my wife and son into a hotel, or leaving the house without flowing water and everything repaired to good order. Simply an incredible performance in the midst of real crisis. After a good night's sleep in a functional home, now I can tend to all of the claims and restorations :-

Matt and Mike just left, having done a few ""minor repairs"" on Friday, and taking a look at my corroded water heater. They were out Monday with a new (under warranty) one and were expedient and very professional. Great team and company to work with!

Called Arrow Plumbing to unclog our kitchen garbage disposal and repair a toilet that wouldn't properly fill. Marc and Austin were on time, neat, friendly and professional. They completed both jobs in under an hour, which included replacing the entire valve assembly in the toilet. I especially like that Arrow employs Veterans like Austin, who is former Navy. As a former Army Captain, we swapped stories about chow and life aboard ships. These guys are the best and we'll use them for any future plumbing repairs.
