I would NOT recommend this company. The job was bid and instead of plumbers, I had three men who were not plumbers and English was not their first language. The job was not difficult and they did complete it, but the problem was not solved and I had the expense of calling a REAL plumber. The owner of the company was very difficult to work with as well. I will not be recommending Arrow plumbing to any of my friends or neighbors.

Arrow plumbing was highly recommended to me. Very happy I called! The plumber, Robert, was knowledgeable, personable and professional. Answered my questions with a full explanation and most of all politely Another plus factor, there wasn't any mess created or left. He fixed my issue quickly and left me a very satisfied customer.

Absolute, worst company and worst customer service. We were told our problem was fixed, and we had a 90 day warranty on the coverage. It started gurgling and doing the same exact thing the next day. When we called back, they said the worker misspoke, and it is in fact, not covered. They do not stand behind their business at all, and I would never use this company again.
