Kaniela gave my husband a time they would be out and they were spot on.
Our plumbing issue in the front bathroom turned out to be more then a small repair, but we weren't worried. My husbands business uses Arrow Plumbing in a lot of their contracting services, so we knew for our bathroom it would be done clean and perfect.

Arrow is prompt, efficient, honest and reasonable. I'd been given the run around by another local company for a couple weeks. Kaniela and his team resolved the problem in less than a couple hours and for far less than the other. They also clean up after themselves! Don't call anyone else!

This is the not the first time I have used Arrow plumbing but this is the first time I have had this technician sent out. Starting from the top, called Arrow over the weekend to schedule installation of a new faucet for my fathers birthday, the owner was amazing and wanted to make this a great surprise, the technician arrived by 815 am. I was going to originally purchase a much more expensive model but asked for the owners insight since he is the professional, he suggested a great fixture and was over 100 dollars less then the model I had looked at. Pretty awesome since I went to consumer reports and he was right, great quality same features and saved me money, we tend not to see that nowadays. Jon arrived promptly and prepared, he even had his own materials to keep the area clean. Once the job was complete the area was clean and he explained everything and asked if I had any questions! Birthday surprise , quality affordable service , amazing customer service ... The only plumbing company we will use! Thank you Arrow Plumbing

5 Stars for sure! All I can say is wow! Great service and extremely thorough. I will recommend Arrow plumbing to everyone. I was apprehensive about calling a plumbing service out on a weekend, but my water heater went out. I called Arrow and they were here extremely fast. Not only did a plumber show up, he was the owner of the company. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and explained everything to me. Here where I am going to say they go the extra mile! My soft water started to ""cycle"", which is extremely loud, I have called the company who installed it several times to ask why it is so noisy and they told me it was as fine and not and issue. Just by hearing it, he knew it was a simple fix, just a gasket! As a young single female home owner Arrow plumbing has earned my confidence and business for life! Thank you Arrow Plumbing!

I really appreciate that when I call this company, it is a real technician that I am speaking to on the other line. I have gotten the run around from numerous company's before. This company shows up on time and are very clean when they work. I love that they pay attention to detail. Julian has been the one who has showed up the last few times we have needed their service. He is very polite and efficient!

First of all I want to say that Arrow Plumbing was very prompt and fast... however, the charges were quite high. For an hour of work $200. They had everything in the truck to replace garbage disposal, water line on toilet, cartridge, screw and handle on tub faucet for additional $350. I was told a flat rate with reduction for cash, increased price a bit AFTER the job. Very good work, but too high of cost for labor and markups; probably will not call again.

DO NOT USE THESE JERKS! Worst guy ever was sent to my house. He was full of mumbo-jumbo. I had a simple tiny drip. I could fix it myself but didn't feel up to it. All it requires is a new cartridge. This jerk at one point claimed it could be ""impossible"" to fix since my faucet handle has no manufacture name on it! He said there is no telling how old it might be and I let him know it was just installed 7 years ago using Home Depot parts but that didn't sway him from telling me how hard this was going to be! Give me a break Arrow, good-bye! I will get a plumber with a tad bit more confidence!

They were great to deal with. Plumber was on time and finished the job quickly. Most impressive was that he met the quote even though he had to perform a bit more work needed to make the repair. I would use them again, but I'm moving out of state soon.
