My water softener was leaking water all over my garage and I needed it fixed or replaced. I contacted them and had a plumber at my house within a couple of hours, they assessed the problem, I decided to replace the softener and they had it done within two hours. He removed the old one and hauled it away, installed the new and left me some additional salt for future fills. Great.

These guys are top notch! I had a leak on both my shampoo bowls at my salon and they were able to send someone out the same day. Unfortunately the parts I needed had to be ordered through a vendor I got my sinks from, but as soon as the parts came in, Arrow was able to get a tech out very quickly. Julian was very friendly and professional and got the job done. Sinks are like new! Thank you Julian for taking care of us! Highly recommend!

We woke up today to a steady water leak from a pipe above our kitchen ceiling. The floor was wet, drywall was soaked and the recessed light fixture was full of water. We turned off our water and reached out to two other area plumbers. One ""thought"" he might be able to get to it late today, another said he could call later in the afternoon and come out to at least check out the leak. Finally I called Arrow. They answered the phone promptly, unlike the other two, and said they could come out today between 10 AM and noon. They indicated they have fully stocked trucks and should be able to take care of the leak at the same time as the inspection. Gomez called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if it would be OK he he came at 9:45 AM. Gomez arrived early, was able to locate the leak in an area very tough to access in the attic, gave us a couple options to repair. Then made the repairs, charged a fair price, cleaned up and even offered to send another company to give us a bid to repair our drywall ceiling. We have the water turned back on and other than the wet drywall we are back to normal - two hours and 15 minutes from when we first called them. A+ job !!!! Thank you Arrow and Gomez for the excellent work.
