We were never advised to dig a sewer line in the front of the house. When they came out, they showed my husband the view from the camera and it was clear all the way to the street. Why would they suggest we dig a line if it was clear all the way to the street. That makes no sense. I don't know if it was a video from another pipe or what, but it wasn't our pipe to the street. I am attaching a picture of the pipe that went from our house to the street. There is no way a camera could have gotten through these roots in the pipe.

The best plumbing service I've ever been with. EXTREMELY affordable and also willing to work with clients w hardships.
I always say, Arrow does a job so they won't come back. Unlike, many other local plumbing services who do a ""quick fix"" knowing damn well they will be called back.

We were in need of a plumber, but were greatly concerned due to Covid-19. Arrow Plumbing came highly recommended, so we hoping that it would be a good appointment. First of all, Jose arrived early, which was very nice. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Jose took all precautions including wearing a mask, gloves, and disposable booties. He did an excellent job and explained everything to us. We will definitely call Arrow Plumbing when we are in need of a plumber.

I was just the lucky recipient of an excellent service call from Arrow Plumbing!

Last night, as I was walking by the return register for my furnace, I heard a strange noise, that I quickly discovered, coming from the garage. It was the sound of water running! Oh crap, I thought. As I hurried out to see what it was, I was met by a leaking water heater. ""Oh no!"" I thought, as I hurried to the main shutoff valve to the supply line of the water heater. ""This is all I need right now!"" So, the leak was temporarily over and I then proceeded to call the plumber I'd used the last 3 times I was in need of a professional. Answering machine. Grrrrr. Left an urgent message and jumped on Yelp to look for a backup in case I didn't receive a callback. Based on the reviews, I called 3 companies, in order of their ratings, best first. Again, answering machines - twice. The third call was to Arrow Plumbing. A live person answered! Nice!! I was greeted with courtesy and understanding re: my urgent situation. The guy I spoke with (name starts with a C) came out to assess the problem within the hour. Long(er) story short(er), the w.h. needed the gas valve assembly replaced as it was the source of the leak. I know!! He had never seen that either. Fast forward...still under [10 year] warranty, the labor was all I had to pay as the new part (which had to be picked up from a supplier- the next day) was covered. John showed up the next morning following a courtesy call to make sure I was available/home. He was very polite, professional and neatly attired. A short while later I had hot water again and with a few words re: what he'd accomplished and what to expect, John was on his way to his next job. Mission accomplished!

I called the shop shortly after his departure to let them know how everything went and how pleased I was and was met with an obvious smile and a very brief and pleasant response. I let him know they would be the recipient of a shining Yelp review and a call from me the next time I needed a plumber. As you can see, the former now exists and hopefully the latter is a ways away. So I will end this with a smile on MY face, and as a very satisfied new customer of Arrow Plumbing!

Bill the drain guy! I called Arrow's plumbing for a drain issue that I had. Or at least I thought it was a simple drain issue unbeknownst to me it was a whole sewer system backup

Bill bill was very optimistic about being able to solve my problem he went above and beyond what I thought was a regular service call he pulled a toilet he snake the drain he went a hundred feet out from my house and when that didn't work

He got out in the middle of the street him and his partner and jump down in the manhole to see what was the problem

He absolutely did not have to do that.

But his suspicions were right there was a to fit break in the pipe.

He saved me a lot of time by identifying the problem

You don't see this kind of customer service too often and what he charged for his service was moderate

I would definitely recommend bill and his company to anyone who had any plumbing issues at least you know he's honest and fair and will give you a good price he's so enthusiastic about his job I find it amazing as for me I couldn't get over the smell but he seemed to be able to work right through it!!!

You can't go wrong using Bill the drain guy!!!!

AMAZING! I called tonight with an emergency- dad broke my valve- and they were there in less than 30 minutes! (I think his name was John- he was from Samoa) The plumber was awesome! This is the second time I've had Arrow plumbing out to my house. The first time they fixed a problem that a previous company was unable to fix(even though they still charged me). This time the set up my new kitchen sink, rerouted plumbing and explained what they did so I could understand. They also replaced 2 bathroom faucets. They cleaned up after themselves which was much appreciated and were very friendly with great pricing. I'll continue to use them for any other plumbing related needs in the future.
