We needed three toilets installed and two sink faucets needed repair. The guys were great! Efficient and the job looks wonderful. We had a couple of other questions and they worked with us to explain issues.
They arrived as scheduled.

WOW is all I can say. John S shows up on time looking as clean as if this was his first stop of the day. He listened to my ""diagnosis "" and then informed me where the problem was, he got right on it had all top line tools and equipment, and in about 45 min all my plumbing was clean and running as new. He cleaned up the little mess he made put all tools away and got the bill. Now you know the quote you usually get over phone never is accurate there's always something that he needed to include...?so I'm waiting and he brings the bill ... EXACTLY what was quoted and I didn't get charged for his awesome attitude and friendliness.?I will use no others for my plumbing needs thanks John and Arrow Plumbing

I have called on Arrow Plumbing's help on two separate occasions and have been impressed with their service each time. Most recently I had a water heater go out and Arrow came out after hours to give me a free estimate. I really appreciated them doing that so quickly as I have two little ones under 2 years of age and we were stuck with no hot water and heat (hot water heater heats furnace). Arrow gave a fair price to replace the water heater and also make appropriate code upgrades. Two serviceman showed up for the install. They showed up the next day exactly on our agreed actime and were able to do a nice clean install that looked great and more importantly, worked to get us heat and hot water in our house.

This is a fantastic company to work with. I couldn't be more pleased and will call on them again when the need arises.

Update 7/3/19
Called Arrow today regulator replacement and they did a beautifully clean install including ball valve and bib all within a 1-2 hours of calling them. See the photo. This is quality work! Don't hesitate to call when needed.

Kaniela and his team are very professional and polite.
Kaniela gave my husband a time they would be out and they were spot on.
Our plumbing issue in the front bathroom turned out to be more then a small repair, but we weren't worried. My husbands business uses Arrow Plumbing in a lot of their contracting services, so we knew for our bathroom it would be done clean and perfect.

Arrow is prompt, efficient, honest and reasonable. I'd been given the run around by another local company for a couple weeks. Kaniela and his team resolved the problem in less than a couple hours and for far less than the other. They also clean up after themselves! Don't call anyone else!

This is the not the first time I have used Arrow plumbing but this is the first time I have had this technician sent out. Starting from the top, called Arrow over the weekend to schedule installation of a new faucet for my fathers birthday, the owner was amazing and wanted to make this a great surprise, the technician arrived by 815 am. I was going to originally purchase a much more expensive model but asked for the owners insight since he is the professional, he suggested a great fixture and was over 100 dollars less then the model I had looked at. Pretty awesome since I went to consumer reports and he was right, great quality same features and saved me money, we tend not to see that nowadays. Jon arrived promptly and prepared, he even had his own materials to keep the area clean. Once the job was complete the area was clean and he explained everything and asked if I had any questions! Birthday surprise , quality affordable service , amazing customer service ... The only plumbing company we will use! Thank you Arrow Plumbing

5 Stars for sure! All I can say is wow! Great service and extremely thorough. I will recommend Arrow plumbing to everyone. I was apprehensive about calling a plumbing service out on a weekend, but my water heater went out. I called Arrow and they were here extremely fast. Not only did a plumber show up, he was the owner of the company. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and explained everything to me. Here where I am going to say they go the extra mile! My soft water started to ""cycle"", which is extremely loud, I have called the company who installed it several times to ask why it is so noisy and they told me it was as fine and not and issue. Just by hearing it, he knew it was a simple fix, just a gasket! As a young single female home owner Arrow plumbing has earned my confidence and business for life! Thank you Arrow Plumbing!
