We were referred by our realtor and received timely response, communications, and availability to start our house repipe right after we purchased it. They started soon after we approved and were thorough in all their work, testing and taking full responsibility for their work. We believe their prices were reasonable and they are trustworthy. We also decided to do a laundry and half bath add on, which they handled well and collaborated with our other contractors. We especially enjoyed Chris who seemed to be their lead plumber. We would be glad to use them again.

I just had a very good experience with Arrow Plumbing. I had been very stressed trying to get an estimate to get my toilet flange removed so I could install a new toilet myself . The original was not installed correctly years ago with no concrete below it in subfloor and an unlevel flange to boot. I was getting crazy over the phone estimates without anyone willing to come out in person to look at it.
Finally, I called Arrow Plumbing in Carmichael and spoke to their office person, Stacie. She maintained her pleasant manner throughout even with me getting a bit cranky from previously built up frustrations trying to get other plumbers to come out.
She sent Steve out who was just what I expected or at least hoped for in a plumber. He shared his knowledge and explained in detail which gave me confidence that I could take care of the issue myself without replacing the flange. I live close to their shop and they didn't charge a fee to come out but not sure if that is the case if you live further away.
With my old plumber retiring, I now have Arrow Plumbing in Carmichael to take his place.

Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. My husband tried to replace our toilet that was rocking and was getting worse. All the YouTube videos showed the part that we didn't have. So we called Arrow Plumbing and Doug came to the rescue. He identified the problem and even did an extra job to be able to install the flange. The weird flange we had, wasn't even attached to the floor. We are very happy with the job and reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

The pluming staff - Chris, Clark and Steve were polite, quiet, exceptionally respectful about keeping things clean, clever with some challenging work arounds, and not grumpy even after they slithered under the house for a whole day. Just finished a massive sewer & water line replacement project with these guys. They were excellent! The project involved digging up water & sewer throughout my backyard, as well as replacement of all waste pipe under my house. It took a little longer than any of us anticipated but it's not surprising when dealing with infrastructure dating back to 1942! All of the guys were professional and respectful, and answered my questions gracefully. After they replaced the lines & refilled all the trenches, they still had to replace a huge section of flagstone. Let me tell you, it looks better now than it ever did! I cannot say enough positive things about this company. FYI, I have also used them for plumbing issues in the kitchen & bathroom and all of the above still applies!

My brother in law recommended Arrow to me to help me get a friends toilet repaired. I can't say enough about this company! Stacy was able to get me scheduled in right away. Frank came out to inspect it and noticed the toilet was cracked and needed to be replaced. They educated ya in all of our options and as soon as we had decided what to do they quickly scheduled our replacement. Frank did an awesome job and it was so fast! I highly recommend Arrow plumbing! Frank came to my rescue after what was an already long day for him. He snaked out about 20' of root ball from the main line which had backed up my bathtub and toilet.
