The first call went well, but the fix only lasted 4 days, when I called back the only option was $1800. When the overflow happened again, I called to schedule that $1800 repair. We made the appt - the soonest they can see me is 6 days later. I've had no water for 6 days, and it turned out they forgot to add me to the schedule. Luckily, roto rooter is able to come same day.
Update - there is already a clean out where they planned to out one, arrow plumber just couldn't find it. Unreal!

Horrible business practice. I missed a half day of work for this service. They were scheduled to come to my home between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. They did not call within that time frame. I got a call at 3pm asking could they come take a look at my shower valve. Brandon came in took a glance at my shower and immediatly wrote a ticket for more than $800 to go from a dual to a single lever shower valve. I just felt awful knowing that I missed half a day of work and they didnt show up. When they came they wrote me a $80 dispatch fee... over charge and ridiculous dispatch fee even if they don't come when they're scheduled to show up

They hardly ever answer the phone. There prices are insane!! They quoted me a price if $975 to put in a ice maker line to my new ice maker in my refrigerator/freezer. I made the appt for them to return and install it. I called back later that day to cancel the return appt. I left a message I was cancelling the apt and that it was because the price was to expensive. Four days later the guy returns. I told him I already got it fix and for $70. They are rip offs.Plus they pre charged my credit card for $650. I will never use them again. I can not get them to answer the phone again to get them to credit me. I am sure they will try to charge me another service call.

$50 service call (under the guise of calling it a 'dispatch fee', then charges $157 to price the job on top of that claiming it's a small access charge, for 15 minutes, so regardless of it being a flat fee, I'll help with the math, that's $628 an hour rate before anything is even done - the explanation for this - to make sure we make money even if we don't do the job! Hold on, is that not the service charge/dispatch fee?? Call it what you want, but any ethical company charges a 'call out fee' by any name to price the job. Some are easier to diagnose than others - swings and roundabouts! But they are the assured of $50 flat wether they get the job or don't! That's ethics for you right there..
To be told I can't leave now until you've paid $207 BEFORE the job begins is wrong on every level, it FORCES you into having invested enough to not be able to not give them the job.
I'd understand it more if they said, you have to pay that, but if we do the job, that amount is already deducted as paid!!
Good or bad business practice - I'll let you decide BEFORE even picking up the phone!
Good job #ArrowPlumbing

Super expensive!! $40 for an estimate. $750 to replace an outside faucet. Asked how long it would take, and the guy said one hour. I know having a big company has its overhead, but that is mind blowing! No I did not hire them! But still had to pay for the estimate.

Arrow has been my plumber for several years and the work was good--but a recent need for lack of water was met with, :we're not taking calls"" and a hang up, That puts them on my ""F"" list whether it be company policy or a stressed dispatcher. That makes them history since there are other good plumbing companies, Ray Lusk took the call, put me on the list and said they would be here as fast as possible, They are my new plumber. I have used in the past satisfactorily

Wow!!!! THE WORST OF THE WORST!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! Let me tell you: first, my mom lives in California as well as myself. My mom owns a house in Arkansas, and is renting her house to her sister. There was a plumbing problem and called Arrow plumbing, WITHOUT researching the company first: BIG MISTAKE. The guy who came out, gave her and my mom (over the phone) a BIG SONG AND DANCE about how they were going to have to go in through the floor and snake through the floor. We said, NO YOU ARE NOT! Less than 5 minutes later, he was done snaking the master bath and charged $415 for the work. They are HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE ARROW PLUMBING. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND THEIR POCKET BOOKS.

These guys are significantly more expensive than any other plumbers wildest dreams. For rooter services, they want nearly $400 where Myers Rooter or any other plumber charges around $120. When I wanted to change out some of my fixtures and do some other work, arrow bid $11,000 but the other company only costed me $2,000. Gouging at its worst.

I called Arrow out to check on a leak I had in a regulator box. The person on the phone that I spoke with, (didn't catch her name), was professional, helpful and courteous. She got me an appointment the same day and the Plumber was here within 2 hours.
My Plumber was a very nice young man named Chance. He was very informative and gave me a very honest estimate. We agreed on that and he began the job. He was very professional and I could not be more pleased with his work. It actually came in under estimate.
I am so glad I called Arrow and will use and recommend thenm from now on.
Sincerely,
Louis B.

I have a pretty significant water leak, they quoted me significantly more than others I had called for leak detection (they would not provide me a leak detection quote on the phone, said i had to pay the $40 just to come out and review the situation before a quote could be given). Brandon was really nice and agreed to match the quote i had been given from another company so I agreed. He found the leak in no time, and provided a quote to dig and repair - a little over 500.00. I agreed to this and he started right away, i was very relieved that my leak would fixed today. He came back in about an 1 1/2 hours later and stated he had dug as far as he could and the pipe was probably 5-6 feet down. he would need to have someone come in help to dig the additional - the cost - 2200.00 (plus the 631.00 that i had already spent). I inquired why would it cost 2200 for digging, he just kept saying it was deep and they would have to go wider. You can rent a track hoe for 250.00 a day. Really 2200.00 for digging. I would not use Arrow. i have wasted half a day at work and paid 631.00 for leak detection which took about 15 minutes and an hours worth of digging. After he left, i realized he never turned back on my hot water. Very frustrated.
