Samantha and Paul are awesome and helped me with a service call to install a bidet attachment that I was having issues with. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I also thought the price was reasonable considering the very quick scheduling (on a weekend) and quick service. I live in Boston and the distance was not a problem either.

Owner Paul is an outstanding and experienced plumber in judgment and skill in both plumbing (he figured out and implemented a solution for our electric water heater ASAP when 3 prior plumbers couldn't, was thorough, effective and immediate in addressing a toilet that wasn't connected quite right) and also people management (Paul's reachable, responsive, provides reasonable and accurate time range estimates, was always on-time, never flustered by a problem). Paul's also infinitely patient and kind explaining his reasoning, solutions to customers like us who don't have a clue about plumbing and also my parents for whom English is not their native language. I don't wish for any more plumbing needs or problems but it makes me happy to know that I can call on Paul in whom I am confident and who I really look forward to seeing :) A true professional!
