We were experiencing several recurring stoppages over the past several months and had the main plumbing line pipe cleared by different companies. We realized we needed to do something more substantial, as the cast iron system was failing. We received estimates from many well regarded companies, ranging from ""you should wait until the whole system completely fails"" to ""we think you need to tear out all the pipes and replace them"". Casey from Arrow came and evaluated the situation, was clear and direct, and confident he could resolve the issue. We decided to go with his company, and have them install a liner inside the deteriorating cast iron pipe. Sergio and Mark came at the specified time, were friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us great confidence that they would resolve our problems. They installed the liner in less time than anticipated, ensured everything was in great working order and supplied us with before and after videos so we could see the improvements. We really appreciated their expertise and work ethic. The following day, Arrow sent their team of backfill and concrete professionals, who did an outstanding job finishing up. I highly recommend Arrow for their honesty, professionalism and customer service. They care about their reputation and it shows.

We had a root invasion at our sewer lateral (in the street) that required a major repair.
We had one other estimate before we called Arrow. Arrow's estimate was almost half the price of the other, so Arrow got the job! I am a retired employee of a water district where I worked for 36 years, the last 5 as an inspector. During those years I had an opportunity to observe Arrow's work. So it was an added bonus that I knew some of the work crew that came to fix my sewer pipe issue. We have been extremely happy with the professional job they did. Not only was the cost more reasonable, but they did everything they said they would. David Cardenez (Field Supervisor) and Edward Towey (Field Specialist) are a credit to their company
and reflect the integrity of Arrow Pipeline Repair. The crew was competent and respectful of our property and our neighbors .Couldn't be more pleased and relieved to have a job well done!

First review I have ever made on Yelp - so here it goes....

Great work and fantastic customer service! My wife and I recently purchased a home in South O which was built in the 50's. The isolation / shut off valves needed to be replaced as well as add a regulator. The tech (Skylar) was extremely knowledgable, customer oriented and walked me through the process of his work as well as coordinated with our landscaper and City (replaced our City meter). If you need residential work, I highly recommend these guys. And, ask for Skylar - great guy! In the era of fading customer service, these guys nailed it. Kudos!

Daniel and Jack arrived right on time at 8 a.m. today and they were absolutely fantastic. Very professional. Unclogged our outside drain very efficiently. They work well together. Very cordial. We felt very comfortable having them at our home. They cleaned the area where they worked, plus some. They did not leave any mess. Our plumber recommended Pacific Drairrow Pipeline Repair for our outside problem and we have thanked him for this great recommendation. We will always call them when we have clogged outside drains. I had Arrow Pipeline Repair, Inc. (also Pacific Drain & Plumbing) out to do a Lateral Sewer Inspection required by the city of El Cajon to get a building permit (adding a bathroom and a remodel). Ryan came out and did the inspection and was very professional and arrived on time! So you know, you must use a Pre-Qualified Plumbing Contractor for this work and Arrow was the least expensive, as well! Ultimately, the city required some minimal roots be jetted before they would approve the permit. I called Arrow back and they treated me great to do the work and do a second video inspection required by the city. Travis showed up on time for this work. He ran his camera again to verify Ryan's findings, ran the Jetter removing the roots and then creating a new video for me to take to the city. So far, everyone at this company have been stellar and their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they do! I have to say, ""good job to the owners on their selection of employees."" By the way, they also do regular plumbing and drain clean out work. So they are a full service contractor.

We had great service from Daniel and Jack last Monday clearing our outside drains to get ready for the El Niño. They explained every step of the process and were careful, deliberate and thorough. Once finished they made sure everything in the street was so clean you couldn't tell they had even been here. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and drain needs.

A suspect leak went undetected. Arrow was one step ahead of the game with the advice of CPL leak detection service. A slab leak was brewing and within 24 hours Arrow gave us a reasonable estimate and the work was started immediately. Dave Fults managed to completely re-pipe the whole house. I can't say enough about Dave's attention to detail and going the extra mile, efficiently correcting our problem. His expertise is greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Arrow plumbing. Definitely above average in all aspects of the job.

Hate to ruin your score but I have no choice. Here it is, kitchen drains draining very slow. Called these people for free estimate. Was told no charge. OK. Plumber came out at least that's what I expected. Advised me the total cost of what I needed would be around $ 1100.00. After I got up from the floor he reduced the cost to $ 800.00. Emailed Invoice. Next door neighbor is the local Handyman our Senior Village for 161 homes. After I told Jerry the cost he had to get off of the floor. Jerry REPAIRED my problem for $ 40.00 including parts & labor.

NUFF SAID. I doubt this company will EVER be back in our Village. The WORD IS OUT.

One other item, on the second page of the email it said there will be a $ 35.00 service charge

We had a major clog in our plumbing so I came to yelp and started searching for trustworthy, affordable Plummer and decided to call Arrow Pipeline based on the reviews I read.

Then Ed showed up at our home in less then a hour. Ed was so super nice and very talented at his trade. He opened up the water control knobs and faucet in the kitchen. Then quickly fixed the problem.

To say they were amazing was a understatement!!!!

VERY impressed with this company! We purchased a home in Oceanside and it came to light that there was a problem with a pipe line job that was done by Arrow Pipeline Repair over 1 year BEFORE we bought the home.

They were not under any legal obligation to work with me on this issue but they stood by their work and REPAIRED THE PROBLEM AT NO CHARGE TO ME!!

I would highly recommend Arrow Pipeline Repair!
