Our home was built in the 50's with cast iron sewer lines. We've been dealing with constant plumbing backups and slow drains and decided to have the sewer lines lined and repaired before the condition deteriorated any further and more costly repairs would be required (e.g - tearing up the entire house to replace). We called several companies for bids and Brandon was by far the most thorough when assessing the existing condition and providing the proposal/scope of work. Glad we decided to go with Arrow Pipeline. This was a 5 day job, the crew worked really hard and left the house very clean each day. Brandon was in constant communication providing updates and very responsive to any questions. Very glad that we chose Arrow Pipeline and now we can rest easy knowing our pipes are good for years to come.

We had an appointment today with Brandon Wheeler for a pre purchase inspection in vista. He was on time and super professional and personable. He went above and beyond to take all of us around the property and explain where he lines were and how the drainage worked on the property. From the very beginning, Brandon was great. He showed me what was up as he was scoping the pipes, and answered all of my questions (of which I had many). Really, we had a very positive experience with everyone at Arrow Pipeline - and it was clear that they actually cared about the quality of their work. Enrique and Roberto jack-hammered a hole in our foundation, dug out the dirt, repaired the cast iron, and patched the concrete. They clearly knew what they were doing, and showed me each step while explaining the strategy behind it. Gerald was fast and efficient doing some work on the water lines. He was super friendly and had been doing this work a long time. Sergio and Wilbur cleaned out and lined our main sewer lines, which is a super cool process. They were happy to show me the feed from the scope as they honed and lined the pipes, and then also after the epoxy had hardened. They do this all the time. I have complete confidence that the work was done right, and I would absolutely recommend Arrow Pipeline to others in the Clairemont area with cast iron pipes that are at the end of their life.

Arrow pipeline went above and beyond! The team was great. It started with Renee that came out same day to quote us for a sewer lateral replacement. He quickly took a look and gave me a price within minutes. He was very good with communication and follow through. The crew was able to come out within days! Speaking of crews Roberto, Sixto ,Saúl and Oscar were awesome. They went above and beyond. They worked quickly and very organized. They left the site better then they found it. You could tell they took pride in there work. They kept me informed and in the loop with steps I needed to work with inspectors on.

I will be using Arrow for any future plumbing needs. And would highly recommend getting a bid through them for your next project.

SENIOR LADIES ( BEWARE)

The vice-president of our association called ARROWPIPE LINE REPAIR DBA PACIFIC DRAIN & PLUMBING to come out and check water that was running unto the street, it was a slab leak. My neighbor was here and said to call my insurance co.,but the technician said not to, because slab leaks were not covered and my call would be entered as a claim and my insurance would sky rocket .I told him that I just wanted the broken pipe fixed,and he said that they would have to jackhammer the hallway ,and bathroom tile and would have to replace the shower/bathtub, because it would have to be cut up to remove it.however he had another option. he could repipe the house with pex-plastic pipe for almost the same amount as fixing one pipe .they would start now and would take three or four days to finish. The cost would be $9,821.00 I told him I couldn't afford it , that I needed time to think,he said he would go outside and that I had 30 minutes to decide. I feel that I was pressured into signing.I contacted the company 3 times but was unable to speak to the owner or manager.finally I contacted the BBB, they have sent 3 letters to the buisness but have not had a reply from ARROW OR PACIFIC DRAIN .My insurance would have covered the slab leak .But the job was already in progress, the technician lied to me,he could see how stressed I was knowing that all the water was running under the house.

I called Arrow for help with my broken water lateral. Mike came out two separate times today to help us on last-minute notice. I was really impressed that he didn't try to sell more than we needed and he was very honest with us and provided some great advice. I will definitely come back to arrow for all of my plumbing needs. Also, when I called for the first time last night at about 6:30 p.m., Ruby answered
