Called Arrow for a clogged drain in my laundry room stationary tub as I always do when I have a plumbing issue and in no time Billy showed up and showed out, was punctual, called when he was in route, was very professional and before you know it my drain was unclogged and Happy was. In the future I recommend Arrow for all of your plumbing needs and make sure you ask for Billy you won't be disappointed!!!!

I have been waiting over three months for Arrow Plumbing to cement my pavement after fixing a leak in my water line. The City of Philadelphia's water department subcontracted the job to Arrow Plumbing. The repair was completed on December 28, 2022. On two calls to their office (February 14, 2023 and March 3, 2023), I was told by Arrow Plumbing that my pavement was ""on the list"" to be cemented. Finally on April 11 at 2:59 pm, after intervention from a third party, Arrow Plumbing sent out a crew to do a quasi repair (clean debris out the trench). When I asked the crew about actually cementing over the trench, I was told that would be done by another crew that was ""in the area"" around 3:30 pm that same day or no later than the next morning. Three days later, I'm still waiting for that second crew to cement the pavement. My pavement remains an eyesore and poses a danger to pedestrians. My repaired pipe remains exposed to the elements, and other potential hazards (cars running over it). Arrow Plumbing has been paid by the City of Philadelphia, however my $4,315.50 repair job is incomplete. The Better Business Bureau, the Pennsylvania Attorney General and the general public should be made aware of Arrow Plumbing's ""take the money and run"" business practices.

I don't recommend this company to anyone. We had a leak in the basement, but we didn't know where the problem was. I explained everything and we setup a appointment. First, the guy came 2 hrs late and he came without a camera and he said he didn't know that he needed one for the job. So he left and had to call to make another appointment for a video camera inspection. She said they will call me one day before the app and they never called. I called them again and she said camera guy was sick and have to reschedule for next day. They came next day and I wasn't home but my daughter was here. he was asking what he was doing there, complaining that there was no light in the basement, that he couldn't see anything etc.. then he decided to put camera in the pipe and said he didn't see any crack or anything wrong. My daughter said he was screaming with someone on the phone so rude saying the owner is not here and he couldn't find any problem and just left and nobody called me again.
Next day I had another company come in and in last than 15 min he found a problem and showed us on the camera. They were also very nice and professional. Very different from Arrow Plumbing

Very professional, very prompt and very nice! A few days ago, we called them for a water boiler installation and it was done within 24 hours. The price was also good. Thank you!

Literally the worst company. I had a major leak in my basement and needed someone to fix it. I call them Tuesday morning, someone was suppose to come. NO SHOWED, then came Wednesday literally for 2 min and then left, I had to call the company to see what the problem was. They said it was the trap. Fine, I needed it fix. They said it would be another 24 hours. Fine, at this point I just needed it done. Thursday someone is suppose to come, and then I get a call that the guy didn't have the right equipment and that it had to be ANOTHER 24 hours. Meanwhile my basement is flooding with sewage. I would NEVER call them again. Absolutely HORRIBLE company. The lady that answers the phone is literally useless.

Never responded after I repeated called their office for assistance with water in my basement. The women who answers the phone and took my information was unhelpful.

Stay away from this company by all means.
I am very familiar with plumbing and have done many full rehabs using subcontractors. I currently manage rental properties at this time and do not do any work due to Covid.

We had a minor toilet leak due to the wax ring. The ceiling drywall of the bathroom on the floor below was opened up and sign of minor leak was visible.
our regular, go to, maintenance people were not available
I called this company and agreed to fix the toilet for $225.
They showed up and claimed that this is not a wax ring issue and we are missing the toilet flange. This is almost impossible.
The toilet flange was about 3/4"" below the floor which is normal and
over 90 percent of the homes have this due to installing the toilet flange to the subfloor then they tile the bathroom floor.

They wanted $1500 to cut the 4"" pvc pipe that was installed about 6 years ago and redo PVC pipe and install a flange.

I asked the repair person to use a flange extender which is a very common part for this job and fix the toilet. He refused and indicated that company policy does not allow them to do this.

They forced me to pay the $225 upfront and left the job without fixing the issue.
Fortunately the property had two toilets and a week later our regular contractor fixed the issue for $150 plus $30 for parts.

I woke up to no hot water. I looked in the basement and the sewer/drain pipe had cracked. We called Arrow. Jim O'Reilly came out gave an estimate and came to do the job Tuesday. It was done in 2 hours! Today I woke up to no hot water again. I called . They were here at 9 am today. The drain was clogged. We thought it would be thousands. It came to $1180 with $100 off Senior Citizens. Jim was a complete professional. Polite, friendly & engaging.
If you need a plumber in Philly, call Arrow. Reasonable prices.
Thanks Jim O'Reilly & Crew.

Sincerely,
Charles Carvin.

they did work in my house in roxborough and left the door basement open with the sewage break stench to fill my whole house and left the light on! part of doing work is cleaning up your mess and leaving it the way you found it. DO BETTER
