I was recommended to them from the local hardware store. Called last week and was quoted a price of 109 for backyard drain. They fixed drain within 15 minutes and I paid them the quoted price. I made appointment last week and they came before 10am. The guys were nice. I wish they called before coming. I was in pjs and our living room floor is a little dirty. Mopping is easy to do. Overall, they did a good job. Will use again.

Called Arrow (and three other companies) for quotes on repairing a sewer line (from the house to the street, and from the street to the main). Not only did Arrow come in a few thousand cheaper than other bids, they did the job quickly and accurately. They sent someone to scope the line, and when it was determined that a full replacement was necessary (which we suspected, sewer was laid down in Philly nearly 100 years ago) the price for the scope went toward the cost of replacing the lines. Within a week it was completed (needed 2 sunny days), that was back in June 2015 and we haven't had a complaint about sewer backing up since! I'm happy, would totally use them again, and refer them to any friends, family, or investors who need a reliable sewer service in Philadelphia.

They were prompt in coming out to clear the sewer line, but it backed up within the hour after the guy left. I recalled them and waited 2 days for the man to show up again. After unclogging it again from the sidewalk, all I was told was that it was tree roots in my pipe, and he pointed to the large pine tree on my lawn. He said that he hit the tree roots on both occasions and the resistance was at the same point in the lawn. He said he's been doing this drain opening for, I think, 30 years and he knows tree roots when he comes across them. I asked why didn't I see one tree root on the snake tip both times that he cleared the drain, then he said it's either tree roots or a collapsed pipe from the tree roots.
Within the week, I had someone else from their company out to give me an estimate for replacing my sewer line, which is terra cotta. Mind you, the storm water line runs parallel right next to the sanitary line, both terra cotta. This guy gave me the price for the sanitary, and said that if he damaged the storm line, he would replace that section no charge. I never heard of not doing both together, side point.
I told this man that I had reservations about my sewer line being damaged due to collapse or tree roots because his snake guy didn't get any tree root hairs out on both clearings. He said my line is most likely collapsed from the roots, and that he trusts his snake guys because they have a lot of experience.
You don't know the sleep I've lost over this, thinking of putting out thousands of dollars for this work, plus the aggravation.
I only give this company two stars because he did say that the only way to know for sure is to get a camera down there, which I did, with another company.

As it turns out, there is no collapse, nor tree root in my sewer line!!!!!!!!!!
There was just a bad clog, which took two attempts to clear it, and the snake guy was getting stuck on a pipe joint! I have the factual evidence and camera footage, on flash drive, and I watched it live from another company as the camera was going through my entire sewer line. Completely different from what Arrow told me.

Horrible business people. I called on a Thursday evening, the woman who answered said the office will call me in the morning to arrainge payment and dispatch. At 8:30am Friday the office called, we made payment arraingements, and I was told she was dispatching them now and that the technician would call me when they were on their way. By 12:30pm nobody called and nobody came so I called the office. I was told the ""drain guy"" called me and left me a voicemail and went to another job. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PHONE CALLS OR VOICEMAILS! I told the man on the phone this and he said ""i don't know what to tell ya."" I sat here all day waiting for this company to show up and the best customer service they could provide is, ""i can have him come out but i don't know when he'll get there because the drain guy keeps his own schedule, other than that i don't know what to tell ya.""

I flip houses for a living and thought i would give these guys a shot, what a mistake. Don't call these people...they have no problem waisting your time!
