Arron replaced A clean out for our sewer line because we were having periodic backup issues. He told us he had snaked our main line and scoped it to the city connection. Assured us that our main line was ABS and told us we wouldn't have further issues, and if we did to simply give him a call. He said he was giving us a deal because he wanted us to give him a positive review on Yelp and recommend him to our friends.
Three weeks later we experienced a major back up in our home and tried calling Arron multiple times with no response so we had to hire another company. We learned it wasn't ABS as Arron stated, it was orangeburg pipe and had completely collapsed. Our showers filled with sewage, toilets overflowed ruining our wood floors, drywall is damaged. All have to be replaced now. If you want the job done right, DONT HIRE ARRONS PLUMBING.

Arron was hired because I needed to have the galvanize pipes replaced in my 40 year old home. He was recommended by the guy who was in charge of restoring my home after a leak. Arron worked tireless into the late hours of the night to get the work completed on time. I was so impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. Comparatively, cost is very reasonable. I definitely would recommend Arron.

We hired this company to do some plumbing work for us, only to find out they did a faulty job. We tried reaching out multiple times only to get the run around.

On top of that, we've spoke to the owner and his girlfriend multiple times requesting for a w9 form. They continously say they would send it over numerous times (at least 4 times) yet we never got it.

Funny how they will call you back for new business but as soon as you have a problem or need help, they go ghost.

If that's the kind of business and service you want, this is the company to go to.

We had a leak in our ceiling that popped up out of nowhere! Water coming down our walls and had to shut the water off to the house. After many calls to several plumbers we could not get any help and it was 5:30 pm, one call to Arrons plumbing and they arrived in 40 minutes and quickly repaired our water leak and had us back in business. They were informative and patient as we were dealing with our home warranty company.. highly recommend them! And will use again..,

My husband got an estimate from this company to check out our water heater. They were supposed to come out but never showed. My husband called and rescheduled for the following day.

This day they arrived on time. He drained the water heater and said he'd exchange them for me and it would just cost labor since it was under warranty.

The pilot was t staying lit. It was a 3 year old water heater under warranty so all it needed was to be exchanged. We provided the info and receipt. He left to do other work and came back to exchange it out for us. Literally less than 2 hours work and his labor charge was $670! He had quoted my husband $170 the day before. When we asked why the labor was so high, he said he usually charges $1500! I feel swindled but paid him because nothing was in writing and this was my fault.

I see the owner thought is was funny he was a day late. Is that the way to rip people off these days?

Showing up as scheduled would have been a Friday. You know the day we waited hours for no one to show or call.

Maybe this warrants a BBB complaint due to the unethical business practices.

We called Arron after getting an estimate from another plumber where they said they would need to cut through the wall to do the repair. Arron was able to come out and fix the problem for half the price without needing to break through the wall. He responded quickly and worked around my schedule. I recommend Arron and will use again.

Maybe I was the one at fault for the situation idk. Pretty much we acquired an old house about a year ago and the pluming is extremely out dated it seems that the last owner did a lot of do it yourself jobs around the house, so it could be confusing to know what water pipes go where. I discovered a leak outside the house, was able to fix it and thought the problem was solved. But apparently somewhere along the line another leak started and this time it was under the house heading towards the crawl space so we decided to call a plumber. Originally we were told that the job would cost 750 which was fair enough because it seemed like a decent size job. I guess somewhere a long the line there was miscommunication my wife told the plumber that a line would have to run outside and connected to the PVC pipes that were dug up because that's how the back section of the house got its cold water. My wife tried to tell him and his response was 'I know what I'm doing' which if fair enough since he might have token it as my wife trying to tell him how to do his job which she wasn't. She was notifying him that the exposed pipe outside would have to be connected with the pipes under the house. I see how he could have been confused because usually the water pipes for a house run underneath, in the walls, in the attic somewhere and for some reason these pipes run through an old flower bed. But we thought he was going to find a way to reconnect the pipes. It turns out he ended up capping the pipes under the house or re routing them I'm not sure. After words we were in the front we tried turning on the cold water and it didn't work. So once again we told him its because the exposed PVC pipes outside had to be connected to the pipes under the house because that's where the house in the back got its cold water from. Once again it is an old house and I understand the water pipes are confusing I sent a good amount of time trying to figure it out myself and tried to fill him in, but apparently he wasn't having it. He proposed digging a new line to hook up the water and that the price would jump 3-4 hundred dollars, but that would have been unnecessary because pretty much if we would have drilled a hole threw the crawl space under the house we could have connected it to the excising pipe and and the problem would have been solved. no one would have to dig anything brake any cement just a hole in the wall big enough to fit a 3/4 pipe. Once I told him I didn't have an extra 3-4 hundred dollars since I pretty much had to barrow money already, he starts talking about using a water hose. At that point things go stressful since the back part of the house still didn't have cold water, he was talking about using a water hose to get the cold water running, we tried to tell him since the begaining that the back house got its cold water from the pipe we wanted him to fix and there was no way I could come up with 3-4 hundred dollars in such short notice. At this point I was hoping we could work something out.But it led to an argument and at one point he treated to fight me, and told us no one could have known that the PVC pipes that were in the flower bed were the ones that were feeding the back section of the house its cold water, even though we tried to tell him. If I would have known it was going to be more then the original 750 I would have straight up told him 'you know what let me get back to you in a week or something when I have the money' But he wanted to raise the price on the spot, I feel he should have maybe listened or maybe excesses everything more carefully to come up with a solid price. I am not saying this guy doesn't know what he's doing maybe it just wasn't his day its understandable we're all human and we all have those days. But for me it seems unprofessional to try to fight a customer, to blow off a customer when they try to fill you in on whats going on, to argue and insult someone. I had the 750 we agreed on and was ready to pay I just wanted the pipe to be fixed so cold water could run to the back house. While leaving I guess he threaten to tell all the plumbers he knows not to help us ,the entire thing was a very unpleasant mess. But maybe it just wasn't anyone's day. I will fairly mention that we were not charged for what ever he did under the house. Some advice I would give is maybe work with clients better and don't raise your voice and demean your clients. We are sorry for wasting your time.

This guy is seriously a genius when it comes to plumbing! Even though he was busy he came out at 9pm just to see what was flooding our side yard... within 60 seconds he figured it out and noticed it was an issue with the neighbors pipes. I was so impressed and will never look else where for our new homes plumbing concerns! I highly recommend this guy!!!!
