Santos is really great to work with. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We had some ""emergency"" situations and he responded quickly - he was even willing to come over at 8pm on a Thursday night!

We also had him install a tankless water heater and found his pricing to be very fair (we collected 5 other quotes).

We will absolutely work with Santos again.

My water heater was leaking profusely all over my basement floor and needed to be replaced immediately. Usually getting someone to come over in an emergency is not easy, but when I phoned Arreaga Santos Plumbing Santos said he would come over right away, which he did. My heater is in a difficult place and hard to get to, but Santos and his assistant removed it with ease. Not only was this done fast, the minute details that he attended to were performed with great care and very high quality. Also, he's a very nice guy. Based on the entire situation there is no other plumber I would use in the future. Just call him, you will be as happy as I am.

Santos provided us with amazing service. We had several water pressure issues as well as a temperature gauge going out on our instant how water heater. Had a leaky pipe and was told by other plumbers they'd be here in a week. So I tried a new guy. Called Santos at 2PM and he was here before 4PM, fixed the pipe, and was gone at 5:30PM. Very fair prices and good workmanship. He said he will come back if the leak come back. Excellent result all around.

I called Santos to fix a gas line leak at the house and he was immediately responsive. He and his Dad arrived on time, assessed the situation and gave me two options to repair with written estimates of both at a fair price. After deciding the course, Santos ordered the parts and was back on the job first thing in the morning. He is extremely knowledgable, a great communicator and stays on the job until it's done and done RIGHT.

After PG&E came out and turned the gas on and checked all the appliances, Santos came back in the evening to make sure everything was working properly and thank goodness he did because the gas had shut off due to air in the lines. Once he bled the lines, and got everything operational, we had hot water, the oven and everything else we needed once again.

I cannot say enough good things about this young man!! Once you find him, you'll have the plumber of your dreams!
