Wow! What a contrast to the big, impersonal outfits (Time, Precision, etc.) that routinely bait with a low price but never actually deliver the services for the advertised price.

Doug is just the kind of person that you want to help you: honest, responsive and reasonably priced. He may not give the lowest initial quote, but he won't jack the price up, either. Just one fair cost.

If you want to get a pro on the job and have your issue addressed the right way, call Around the Clog. I won't call anyone else as long as I live in this area.

Doug had a cancelation and was able to come out the same day ( I appreciate that I was fortunate for this.) Very personable, straightforward service and, to be sure, Doug, is not one to let grass grow under his feet. Doug was prompt and did a great job. There were many small issues that no handyman had been able to resolve which took Doug a few minutes to resolve. His pricing was very fair and he was very thorough and quick working. I would definitely use him again.

Around the Clog helped diagnose a potential clog in the main drain of our house. Turned out it was nothing and they didn't charge me anything. Doug was prompt and friendly and if I ever have another plumbing problem (fingers crossed) I will definitely call them again.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Around the Clog- we had a plumbing emergency at 5:30, he was here at 5:35- fixed it right up and his rate was very reasonable, and his responsiveness and service can't be beat! Highly recommended plumber!

If you want to be barked at by Tanya or left in the lurch, this is the company for you. I picked them based on reviews, unfortunately, they do NOT live up to reputation. I would pick anyone else over these guys, only because the office staff is just plain rude and unprofessional.
I realize they will try to refute this and say I was the difficult customer, but feel free to contact me for personal details.
