I have used Doug twice; replaced a water heater and lowered the drain for my kitchen sink. Great work, personable crew, and reasonable. I would use them again if anything comes up.

Pro tip! If your hot water heater fails, buy one from your big box store of choice then have Doug install it. I saved $$$$ by going that route compared to what I was quoted by Home Depot. I also had the luxury of it being a non emergency.

I've now worked with Around The Clog on a couple jobs (one minor toilet repair, one fairly big water heater upgrade) and they've been great to work with both times. Friendly, quick, and very fair with pricing. There are some outfits in town that will gouge you if they can (one begins with ""P"", though I won't say who Precisely) so it's refreshing to get to work with honest people who do top-notch work! ATC will remain my first call for plumbing work.

Our tenant notified us about a pipe that had started leaking water in the basement. Some former neighbors recommended I contact Around the Clog.

I contacted them via text message and sent them also a few photos, they replied within a couple of hours and gave information about the trip fees, hourly rate and availability. They were also able to give me an estimate based on my photos. They were able to fit me in the next day. The tech Matt showed up on time and was friendly and professional. The leak was fixed quickly and rates were reasonable.

We used Around the Clog to change two outside leaking faucets. I contacted them on their website and they called me back the following day. The person on the phone was very friendly. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. It was not an emergency and it was perfect for me.
Doug showed up on time. Doug was very friendly. He evaluated the work and changed the faucet. The price was reasonable I think.

I was very happy with them and I will use their company again. I strongly recommend Around the Clog.

Great service. Our faucet was coming on automatically and running water. It was on a Friday night and we had to leave to go out of town on Sunday. They answered our questions with a text and assured us they can fix it in the morning. They had the parts and got it fixed and they knew where to turn the water off in our condominium building. They charged us a reasonable price which was what I would expect on just a regular call on a weekday. Much better experience than I've had before with other plumbers.
