We have a rental house near Clemson and the water went out at 10 p.m. on a Friday night. . These guys were there within two hours and had the water up and running and repaired everything 4 less than you could possibly imagine. These are no longer my emergency go to Plumbing guys they are my Plumbing guys for life.

The guy who showed up refused to put on a mask saying he had a medical condition. Not buying that mess. I told him to leave. I refuse to give money to this business ever again. Can you give zero stars?

We tried them after horrible experiences with several other local plumbers. What a pleasant surprise. They were prompt and courteous as well as competent. We've had them repair several outside leaking faucets, a leaking sink drain (from dishwasher connection), repair a dripping sink faucet, and install a couple of water shutoffs (to bathroom sink and toilets). They did a fine job on all, billed for actual time spent (unlike a certain group in Pendleton to bills for driving time and takes twice the time MapQuest estimates to get to our home), and cleaned up afterwards. As someone who has to take annual leave to go home to meet workmen, I have a special fondness for those who show up when they say they will, and Around-the-Clock always has for me. Also, we've had experience with some workmen treating my wife as a second class citizen (or an idiot). Around the clock appears to treat women the same as men.

Run!!! Byers at Around the Clock plumbing in Seneca South Carolina did a job for me last year and was responsive. I scheduled a repair of an outside water pipe at my vacation home with his partner 10 days ago. They knew I would not be at the home with friends and family until the Easter weekend. Today Byers went to the house and then called to tell me he was leaving because I was not there. This is an outside leak and he has known about it for over a month! We had coordinated for them to fix before we traveled back to the home. Today is Good Friday and he basically said """"find another plumber we are busy"""" He then proceeded to hang up on me. His arrogant attitude and desire to leave my friends, family and our vacation plans without water at our lake home is unacceptable. Strongly suggest you avoid Around the Clock Plumbing and use another local service who cares like Crooks, Roto Rooter, or Burrells.

The first time they came out for an emergency, they were awesome! First rate, so kind and professional. So when we had a non-emergency issue we called them to come out again. It was a different tech and ended up being quite a different experience. (The tech was nice, professional, and punctual.) Without typing out the whole fiasco experience, let's just say we won't be calling them back again. We were extremely disappointed since we were hoping to find a regular go to plumber for anything in the future. The problem is hopefully, permanently fixed but after we were told to buy the replacement kit/part which ended up being a faulty spigot and couldn't be returned because the technician took the box, the final 3rd trip, a $400.+ bill not counting the cost of the kit we ordered, and last but not least a very arrogant, rude co-owner who wouldn't let you get a word in.........well let's just say the pictures should speak for themselves. It was a lot of money for sloppy """"shoddy"""" work. A spigot that's not the same as the original one we purchased/ordered, that's not flush with the tub and obviously angled down, and now 2 cutouts in the closet. Oh and look at the picture at what happened to the hot/cold plate that the Tech soldered. He never said a word about the damage. We didn't notice it right away. We had to replace it also ourselves. We can't honestly say that this was a good experience at all. A senior citizen retiree nightmare. Now we have to somehow either caulk the awkward wide gap ourselves or call a different plumber to fix this mess. We're not made of money and we sure don't think people are these days. Best in the business! Besides being experts at plumbing problems, they are courteous, professional, and efficient. We have used Around the Clock Plumbing several times and each time they have arrived in a timely manner, repaired the problem, and kept their work area clean. Today they responded to our call about a broken water line near the street where we were losing 200 gallons an hour. Although they are extremely busy they managed to come by at the end of their day to see what could be done in the meantime before they could make the repair, but lucky for us they took care of the problem and saved us an even bigger water bill! Highly recommend Around the Clock Plumbing without reservation.

I can't actually give a rating since no one showed or called about the appointment. As unprofessional as they come. I work in retail, so I know customer service, don't expect it here. Call Columbia zoo, you will get better communication.

Called this business after reading their reviews and grateful that I did. I had a bad leak in my shower, made worse by my attempted amateur plumbing. They were prompt in responding, courteous and professional. The job was a little more involved as faucets, stems etc. were worn and corroded from age. Everything was explained to me as they progressed. Work was completed promptly and area was left clean. Pricing was very fair. This was such a positive experience for me. I recommend them highly.
