Alex came out yesterday to look at our toilet that was not flushing properly. After doing an evaluation and running a camera through the main line he recommended that we replace the toilet. He said once I got a new one, he would send his techs out to install it and snake the main line from the house to the street. I got a new toilet that afternoon and his techs came out to install it.

His tech were courteous, professional and clean and the new Kholer is working beeautifully.

Since Alex saw roots in portions of our line, he offerrd to come back next week and Hydro-jet it..

Very impressed with Alex and his techs and would definitely call them for my next plumbing issue.

Had a huge leak in the middle and of the night. Went down into my neighbor's apartment. This company came at midnight just to help us! Didn't charge us in the moment. Just said we'll figure it out later, let's just fix the issue so you can sleep tonight. Love these guys. Will definitely use them moving forward.

The tech that came was great, very pleasant, and couldn't have been more accommodating. Unfortunately I was not made aware of the $250 minimum labor charge they assess for all services prior to the tech coming.

I used their services in June 2020 and was charged $350 to snake my main drain. That seemed like a fair price. But being charged the same amount to replace a part of my shower handle did not sit well. The $250 minimum was not disclosed until I got the final bill. Will not use again.

When you cannot flush the toilet because the drain is clogged, and you need a plumber that will answer the phone and come out to snake the drain line at a fair price, call around the clock plumbing. They were able to come within the hour and get our drain flowing again. At the same service call they solved a few more minor plumbing issues that we never got around to (like dripping shower head). I like to support local business that that care about their costumers, thank you Alon and Alex.

Around the Clock Plumbing is one of the most professional and knowledgeable businesses I have worked with and keep using over and over.

I've had an issue with a frozen vanity faucet that just wouldn't turn on no matter what I tried.

They walked me through the needed steps to get a replacement faucet through the manufacturer under warranty (not costing me any extra money that wasn't needed to be spent) and once I received it they scheduled technicians to replace the unit.

The technicians were quick, clean, polite and professional.

Thank you for helping and saving me an unneeded expense of buying a new one.
