The tech that came was great, very pleasant, and couldn't have been more accommodating. Unfortunately I was not made aware of the $250 minimum labor charge they assess for all services prior to the tech coming.

I used their services in June 2020 and was charged $350 to snake my main drain. That seemed like a fair price. But being charged the same amount to replace a part of my shower handle did not sit well. The $250 minimum was not disclosed until I got the final bill. Will not use again.

When you cannot flush the toilet because the drain is clogged, and you need a plumber that will answer the phone and come out to snake the drain line at a fair price, call around the clock plumbing. They were able to come within the hour and get our drain flowing again. At the same service call they solved a few more minor plumbing issues that we never got around to (like dripping shower head). I like to support local business that that care about their costumers, thank you Alon and Alex.

Around the Clock Plumbing is one of the most professional and knowledgeable businesses I have worked with and keep using over and over.

I've had an issue with a frozen vanity faucet that just wouldn't turn on no matter what I tried.

They walked me through the needed steps to get a replacement faucet through the manufacturer under warranty (not costing me any extra money that wasn't needed to be spent) and once I received it they scheduled technicians to replace the unit.

The technicians were quick, clean, polite and professional.

Thank you for helping and saving me an unneeded expense of buying a new one.

It could be an isolated incident, but we had a pretty bad experience with Alon.

After I unsuccessfully snaked a stopped kitchen drain myself, I called for help. While I was at work, he charged my wife an extra $150 just to ""assemble"" the pipes I took apart in 5 minutes. (The simple PVC slip joints with wings - you don't even need a wrench.)

Without fixing the stoppage, he left our back drain open and left, saying he'd need to come back ""in a few days"" with a camera to investigate. So, he left our family of 5 with a sink emptying out the side of my house into my neighbor's yard. Also, he refused to ""re-connect"" the garbage disposal, which I did by simply plugging in the power cord when I got home from work. I feel like we paid him hundreds of dollars for nothing.....

Anyway, we called Rooter Guy, who fixed the problem same day - without any cameras, extra charges, or drama.

I appreciate the fact that plumbers have to protect themselves from liability; but in our experience, Alon was overly uncooperative, expensive - and ultimately ineffective.

Around the Clock Plumbing fixed our issues promptly and properly. Alex of AtCP was readily accessible, communcation was efficient, and there were no issues setting up an appointment convenient for us. I cannot comment on the price vs. job as we only got an estimate with AtCP, but the price seemed fair based on what I expected. Will do business again with AtCP for sure!
