My shower has been leaking for 2 months now, first they sent someone out to fix it and they had no clue what to do and then the next person comes out and says they need to order a part which I keep getting the run around on for weeks and weeks... do not use this company no matter what

While I cannot speak about their plumbing/heating capabilities, I can speak about their professionalism. The person driving one of their company trucks that I had the displeasure of sharing the road with was very dangerous and inconsiderate. Traffic was congested and merging from 4 lanes down to 2 lanes. As every other motorist was merging and alternating the right of way in a community effort to be considerate to one another, this guy would not yield to anyone and was nearly attached to the vehiclein front of him. After a few moments i realized the type of person i was dealing with and decided to merge into the other lane where people were being patient and considerate. As he passed me, he turned 90 degrees in his seat to make sure I was able to clearly see him smiling ear to ear like a child saying ""ninny, ninny boo boo"". He then continued on and was making illegal lane changes back and forth inside the Baltimore 895 tunnel and was going well over the speed limit and the flow of traffic once traffic opened up. I wouldn't let this grade A turd anywhere near my house or family and I hope that his wreckers, inconsiderate driving never gets anyone injured.?

My warranty company had Around The Clock Plumbing come out to my home to fix a bathtub faucet leak. Chris the plumber came out the first time and stated that a replacement cartridge had to be ordered.

After a week I received the replacement cartridge. he came back to fix the leak. Chris stated that he could not remove the cartridge and would have to replace the whole shower valve and spout and had to do some drilling and basically told me a bunch of B.S. and stated it would cost about $500-$700 to fix the shower leak.

Chris did absolutely nothing but turned off the water and tried to tell me he could not take the cartridge out. I did not know this but thank God my sister was at my home. She asked Chris did he have a cartridge puller, which he did not and that was the reason he could not take the old cartridge out. I did not know there was a such tool, but I am grateful that my sister was here and knew what was needed and how to fix the leak. Chris did not fix the leak and was in the tub in my opinion trying to create a bigger issue so that I would be charged more money. My sister told him to put everything back the way it was and SHE fixed the leak!!!

I am highly disappointed with Around the Clock Plumbing company and Chris the plumber. If you are a female homeowner, have a male present or look for a trusted plumbing company because this company is not it!! I called to complain, but customer service sounded like they could care less. She stated she would have the owner call me. Waiting for the owner to call.

The plumber did not have shoe covers and was very unprofessional.

This company was provided to me when the sewer line in my home backed up. They were tasked with digging up my front yard, and replacing the pipes.

This is something that I would t wish on anyone, as this process was just dreadful, Around the Clock made it bearable.

The folk that I came to my home were professional and willing to answer any question that I had. Unfortunately it took a wee bit longer than expected as it snowed when this was scheduled.

The only trouble that I had was at the end when the company forgot to provide a cover for the clean out. Otherwise, I'm extremely pleased with my experience, and hope I'll never have to go through it again.

A good company I intend to use again if I have a plumbing issue in my home. Select Home Warranty, my warranty service, canceled the dispatch By error. I called Around The clock Plumbing and Heating and they corrected the error and sent a gentleman, Jordan, out to fix my plumbing problem by 2:30 PM that same day, December 16, 2021. He was very knowledgeable and made repairs to my plumbing issue. he was very neat too and left the area dry and clean.
I find it hard to understand these bad reviews on yelp, for I give 5 STARS to the young lady I spoke with on the phone who corrected my problem with the canceled dispatch to the gentleman who arrived to fix my problem, 100% courteous and efficient and same-day repairs at the very time I expected them to arrive.

Around the Clock Plumbing was dispatched to my home from my warranty company and I must say the employee that was sent was very knowledgeable, very good customer service skills and he went over and beyond and he also walked me through everything that he was doing. I am very impressed considering reading some of the previous reviews.

Around the Clock Plumbing install a toilet and laundry tub in basement within one day. The two gentlemen were very professional at the work they did. They were very neat and installed the two items exactly where we wanted them. The pricing was reasonable, I would recommend them to everybody.

Horrible Company/ Ripoffs. I had a clogged kitchen drain. Called them since they are a local company here in Pasadena, Maryland. The young gentleman that showed up first did not know what he was doing. So there is an older guy he kept calling to get over the phone instructions. He was told to change the ""Elbow pipe/white pipe under the garbage disposal"" and tell me that the previous plumber did not do a good job. Granted I have not used any plumber in years. Of course, now he had to charge me with money for labor and materials. Then he used a ""snake"" to push through the piping and was able to barely unclog the drain temporarily. Charged me for 325.00 dollars. The drain is clogged again in a few weeks and when I called them back, the older gentleman is giving me a lecture on how the other pipes may have to be replaced and I have to pay a lot more. Yesterday I unscrewed one of the plugs from the drainage pipe in my basement and found out that there is ""grain sediment"" that is blocking the flow. Now I can tell there was no need for running the snake through entire piping and changing the other pipes. Around the clock company now wants me to pay them again for their services if they come out again. They are ""Rip-Offs"" and only mislead you with false info and charge you way more than other plumbers. Please find another option.

I had a crack in my sewer line and I have 2 stacks. The first time they came out they told me I had issues with a toilet which wasn't even on the stack with the crack. I had to call them to schedule the appointment, confirm appointment. The new piping was installed and it started leaking. I called around 7:30pm and was told to call in the morning. Why are they Around The Clock?

I don't know anything about their work.

That said they drive the company van like a complete asshat. Safety is of no concern here....this dude just cut over 2 lanes in the pouring rain. This caused many to brake like crazy, is included. We had to slam them hard core style. Then this db continues down 695 driving like this.

Perhaps he was late to a job.
