asked to change a water shut off valve in a condo unit came and said it was building problem and could do job for $475 rather than $800;'when referred to building president he did not accept. Second plumber called in and quoted $150 to change valve as that was the only problem. Round the clock charged unit owner $97 to give an incorrect diagnostic which should have been a job done for $150-$200 including the $97 charged. this is an outright effort to upsell uneccesary repairs. Do not use this plumber
