Horrible!!! DO NOT USE!
Did Not install the correct gas dryer connector.!!!
Instead used a cheap connection that is known to be a fire Hazzard! per the Gilbert fire Dept. 1 out of 4 homes that burn up is do to the use of these cheap aluminum exhaust gas connections. I have left 4 voice messages, no response, complete avoidence!. IT's been 72 hours after initial complaint! And still NO response!!! I will also be contacting the Lowe's ""new install"" manager since they were hired by Lowe's and we have paid them to have this service done. SAVE Yourself a big headache and disappointment! DO NOT USE!!

on 9/3/2018 I purchased a microwave at Lowe's and asked them to schedule the installation. Since it was a holiday, no installation could be provided.
When I had not heard from Lowe's by 9/5, I called and was informed that Around The Clock Plumbing had been assigned the installation. when I asked why the installation of a microwave oven was given to a plumbing company, several customer service people were not able to provide me with a satisfactory answer. Alarmed, I called Around The Clock Plumbing myself and immediately was given a totally satisfactory answer.
to make a long story short, the microwave was installed on 9/7 by a very professional, competent installer. Excellent! He even cleaned up after he was finished.
Excellent experience, would not hesitate to use them again.

This is the company that performs installations for Lowe's. We ordered a dishwasher on Friday, May 25, 2018. As of June 5th (11 days later), we have not received any contact from Around the Clock Plumbing in order to schedule the dishwasher installation, despite several calls to Lowe's and promises from Around the Clock Plumbing to call in order to schedule the installation. Obviously, they are way too busy. Lowe's should seriously reconsider their agreement with this company. I canceled our purchase with Lowe's and bought from Home Depot. The installation date was provided to me at the time of purchase.

This company is AWESOME! Fillip, the service tech was fast, polite and extremely professional! I recently had a kitchen sink replaced and a new disposal installed. Unfortunately, the original plumbing company was unable to finish the job of hooking-up the disposal. I was told that I needed to have my kitchen drain line in the wall lowered and they would have to get back to me with a price and a time when they would come back. This was BS! Around the Clock Plumbing came out and within 45 minutes or so we were hooked-up and good to go! I would not hesitate to have these guys do anything plumbing-related again in my house!

They say good things come to those who wait. This company epitomizes that. They were the installers for Lowe's where we bought a water softener.
This is how the time line went:

Wednesday January 31st we looked at a water softener unit at Lowe's and decided to purchase the unit and install because it was the last day of the sale. The sales rep told us the installer (Around The Clock Plumbing) would contact us by close of business on Friday February 2nd to do a detail estimate.

Monday evening the 5th I called Lowe's and asked about the detail because I had not heard from Around The Clock. Tuesday morning I went down to Lowe's and got a hold of the manager of the install department. About noon Around The Clock called to say they were sending TJ out to do the detail around 4pm. He did come at 4.

I went down to Lowe's the morning of Friday the 9th to pay for the unit and install. They had not received the install estimate yet. I waited there an hour while Lowe's got a hold of Around The Clock and had the estimate faxed over. I was told Around The Clock would call to schedule an install within 48 hours.

On Wednesday the 14th I called Lowe's to inform them I had not heard from Around The Clock. Thursday afternoon I called again. The install department said they would call and (harass) the installer. Lowe's called back and said we would hear from Around The Clock shortly. Friday afternoon the 15th Around The Clock called to schedule an install for Tuesday the 20th between 10am and noon.

Tuesday February 20th, TJ showed up at 10:00 sharp. 2 hours later I had soft water. He was professional. The install went smoothly, nd he completely cleaned up the work site. Total install cost- $779.00. almost twice what I paid for the water softener.

Here's the breakdown of my experience with this company:
Customer service- very poor
Workmanship- good
Installation tech- Professional
Cost- high

Installed a hot water heater for us. Quick- efficient, professional and reasonable. Answered all my questions with a great attitude. Plumber had been working for company for years- a good sign they are good employers and work hard to keep good employees! Will definitely recommend them!

Around the Clock installed a new sink, faucet, disposal and drains as part of a Lowes purchase/installation. This included the removal of the old sink, disposal etc. and the transfer of the reverse osmosis faucet. Filip arrived on time, was pleasant, professional and completed the install in less than two hours. It looked great when he was done and there were no leaks! We had received quotes from a couple of other five star Yelp plumbers for the same installation and they were twice as much as the Lowes' quote and their estimated time for installation was twice as long. I will definitely use Around the Clock for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

I contracted through Lowes for an installation project and I had a couple other odd jobs. The representative who called me to schedule was very friendly and professional. On the day of the installation, I got a call an hour before the scheduled two-hour window to confirm the work so he could make sure he had correct parts. He got here a half hour earlier than scheduled, was very professional, knowledgeable and even did a repair on one of the jobs rather than a replacement. Who does that? My experience has been that things are replaced and not repaired, which usually mean a bigger fee and he did an excellent clean up in the room where he worked on the larger project. I recommend Around The Clock Plumbing.

I have used this company twice. The first time I sent them to my fathers home due to a leaky water heater. All was fixed and the cost was quite reasonable. The next time the problem was simple for them to fix and they didn't even charge me for the call. Super honest and reliable.
