I waited two weeks to get kitchen faucet installed and then nobody showed up for scheduled appointment!

We got good response from Around the. Lock. The tech was efficient and pleasant to work with.
What was NOT pleasant was a charge of $220 times two So $440 EXTRA!! it was the removal and replacement of a Flange, which cost $10-30 at Lowe's. The rest of that money was labor!! The first one came off in minutes, while the second was more difficult. Really feel like we were taken advantage of.

Made a new toilet purchase through Lowe's where they subcontracted Around the Clock Plumbing. Fortunately, not an emergency so we install occurred within two weeks of purchase. Dan, Technician, was professional and did a good job. We did need some additional work to replace a water valve over and above install price (extra $65), not unreasonable and fully explained. Dan did a great job, cleaned up area when done and removed old toilet from premises. I have another main inlet valve replacement project (non-emergency) and plan to call Around the Clock.

Do not use this company! The employee had me in tears by the way he treated me. When I called to complain the owner treated me even worse. I have never had such an unbelievably poor experience.

Please do not use this company. Purchased a toilet install at Lowes along with a toilet. They assigned the install to this company. We agreed upon a date and time. The company changed the install date twice without asking me. When the plumber did arrive, he took one look at the toilet and told me there would be an additional $125 to install the toilet up and above the flat $159 that Lowes quoted me and I paid them. I refused to pay the additional amount and they canceled the appointment. I went back to Lowes to get a refund and the customer service clerks were dumbfounded. They called in the store manager, who agreed I should only have to pay the $159 installation cost. He was going to advise his area installation manager of this upselling by Around the Clock. This is not the way to do business. I will not do business with Lowe's even though they agreed with me, as I now have to find an ethical plumber to install. Will definitely never us Around the Clock Plumbing, and hope for your sake, you do not either!

This is the worst plumbing company I have ever had to deal with. When I called to find out where the plumber was, the woman stated she had never spoke with me and therefore I did not have an appointment even though I had received numerous text messages verifying the appointment. The woman stated that she was the owner, she interrupted me numerous times, called me a liar.
I would not allow this company in my home if they were the last plumber in the county! Do not use this company.

I don't leave a ton of reviews but this one is warranted. Had some faucets replaced and this company was contracted by Lowes. Installer was actually early, and could not have been more friendly and professional, not to mention the great job he did with the replacement. After completing the job he cleaned up the area as if he hadn't even been there and explained the work and warranty in detail. Great job all the way around and kudos to this installer, very happy with the experience.

They were suppose to change out a garbage disposal. I called 5 times, no return calls, got a text for an appointment 8 days after I bought the disposal and then they didn't show up.

After purchasing two faucets from Lowe's, we were set up for a plumber to install them. Within days the company called us to make an appointment. There was a slight glitch when we had an appointment. The next day someone else called to make an appointment. We explained the issue. We resolved the issue and rescheduled an appointment for the following day.
This plumbing company arrived a few minutes before their scheduled time. Hooray! A masked staff was directed to the two areas in our house. He asked to turn off the main water source. He immediately got to work on one of the faucets.
Darrin took less than 2 hours to get both faucets and they look great! He was polite and efficient. The new plungers work differently now and he informed us of this. Great service!

They showed up at a time it was not scheduled, then when i attempted to schedule again, insisted that it was my mistake. Not sure why they did that. It was a simple mistake in scheduling. The main problem was the owner insisted it was my fault, in a rude unprofessional way. Of course, scheduling accurately is also important, which they failed at, as well.
