DO NOT use this company! We've, unfortunately, had to deal with this company through our home warranty. The gentlemen that continues to come to our home continues to give us the runaround by telling us two different things. He comes in with this hot head attitude that he knows everything. The first occurrence with this man he told me that my husband & I overpaid for the home immediately said we had tree root issues. Come to find out, the tree roots aren't a problem (may be down the line) right now. We have other issues & he continued to act like he knew what was going on without even looking. We called him out, again, to scope the drain with a camera to diagnosis some other issues & continued to state the problems without even looking. If you don't want to be talked down to, degraded or felt like you're a 5yr then DO NOT use this company. I'll spend more $$ to get an independent plumber than going through our useless home warranty & get stuck with this company again!

I had a severe Category 3 sewer backup in my basement & called Arnon Rooter and spoke to TJ after i had one other plumber come out and tell me i may have a lateral break since it came back with mud on his snake and couldn't get any further in than 15 feet from the inside trap. TJ said he'd dome out with a camera to find the issue. However,. It rained over the weekend days we planned for him to come so he stayed in touch and we ended up re-scheduling for Monday when it was dry outside to work. He came in discovered there was no need for camera down there because the other plumber never snaked the outside. So he said no need to charge you extra for what you don't need. He came in clear the clog and line all within 1 hour & also help the cleanup along as well! Gave me good info on what type of line i had and how often to do it & NEVER let them only snake the inside yearly and not do the outside line as well. He's DEFINITELY knows his stuff! I really appreciate his straight talk and light humor. Will use him as my yearly maintenance on my line forever. Thanks TJ!

TJ from Arnon Rooter recently came to help unclog a horrific kitchen drain backup that no plunger, Drano, Liquid Plumber or baking soda/vinegar combo could do. (Believe me, I tried them all.) I really wasn't expecting much since they were sent out by our home owner's warranty. That said, TJ blew me away! I was thoroughly impressed with his experience, knowledge and customer service. Throughout the nasty ordeal, he not only unclog our nasty kitchen sink backup, he also provided some invaluable education on how to unclog/maintain a kitchen drain .. as well as unclogging 2 other drains that have been stuck for weeks. TJ was professional, friendly and exceedingly helpful. Plus, he had a great sense of humor through it all.
