Beware! My father had this company put a new hot water heater in his home and it leaked. He called them back to fix the job and they botched the repair. He called them back to explain the problem and they hung up in him! (My dad worked as a plumber when he was younger so he knows what he was talking about). Shame on this company for leaving this 80 year old Army veteran without end enough hot water to take a shower.

recently when selling my house, I needed a dye test. my agent said that I should call Arnold & sons. the camera test showed that my neighbors tree roots were in my line. they worked with my insurance and the job was done well. very courtesy and respectful pros. thank you Arnold & Sons.

I am extremely satisfied with Arnold & Sons. I had a large sewage drain problem. Doug and Greg were always so professional and respectful. They explained everything to me and were very patient with me when I had questions. They were here when they said they would be. I would never hesitate to use them again and won't even bother getting another estimate because nobody can beat their price and professionalism. They laid some pipe for us and never finished the job. One of the hydrants won't work and after two weeks of calling they haven't fixed it. In addition they charged us $1000 over their estimate. Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor, will never use them again.
