An earring, that was of much value to me, fell into the sink and rolled into the drain. After calling several plumbers who had a minimum fee of $185.00 to remove the trap, I tried to do it, myself. I was unable to budge the nut that secured the drain, and, in desperation, tried Arno Plumbing and Heating, just based on the fact that it was a small, family, local vendor. I was told the plumber could come to my house that same day, and would charge an amount based on the scope of the job. Two polite, knowledgeable, experienced and efficient employees were able to complete the job in approximately 3 minutes, and left everything in absolutely immaculate condition. They did not even charge me, for those 3 minutes of work, although others had said the charge would be an initial flat $185.00! Arno Plumbing and Heating is, henceforth, my first call. Don't worry about who to trust...Just call Arno!

I called their number on a Tuesday and a secretary gave me an appointment for Friday, about 10 AM. 2 men came on time and we went over the repair work to be done. I was told that I would get and email by Monday with an estimate. Nothing came so I called Tuesday AM and the secretary told me that she would get back to me shortly after calling ""the plumbers"". No call from anyone. I had a good first impression but a lousy lasting impression. If you don't want to do the work be professional and let the customer know that. I cannot recommend ARNO.

Awful, scheduled an appointment and then they called to reschedule because of an emergency call. Then on the day of my rescheduled appointment they call again to reschedule because of an emergency call. Ok fine, rescheduled again. Then they call on the new scheduled date and say that he is running late, four hours later I call to see where he is, "" oh he is on his way,"" three hours later ""oh he is leaving leaving to head over should be there in an hour."" Never mind, just say you don't want the work. Three days i had cleared to wait for this guy. Thanks alot

DO NOT RECOMMEND. VERY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL Peter came by to access plumbing problems. He told me he was going to order necessary parts. Almost 2 weeks has gone by and I haven't heard from him. I texted him and called him twice and left messages as to status. He doesn't answer phone, return text, nor does he return phone calls. If he wasn't interested he should have told me.
