HSA Warranty assigned this guy. First appointment was 1 month ago, not only did he not show up between 11-1, no call, no text, nothing. Finally texted me at 9pm that he was at some other job all day and that we'd do same time the tomorrow. Fine, things come up. Next day, same exact thing - no show and zero communication. After calling HSA multiple times, they contacted him and a week later (yes, an entire week), he finally calls and said he was ""under the weather"". We reschedule for the following Monday. Monday comes, EXACT same thing. 6 hours past our window and after I texted him multiple times he sends me some picture of himself covered in dirt saying he was fixing pipes all day. This guys business is a complete joke and he has no respect for any sort of communication. Called HSA and got him thrown off our repair. Avoid this guy at all costs unless you're looking for a month to go by without him ever stepping foot in your house...complete waste of time, basically anyone you choose would be better than dealing with this guy

Donnie fixed our walk in tub and we are thrilled! The tub has never drrained right. He also discovered a pipe was mildly leaking inside our wall. It was hard to see the crack in the pipe but his fine eye caught it. We've had trouble finding plumbers to work on this expensive walk in tub. Donnie researched, ordered the parts that were needed and returned when promised. It took him 4 hours to complete a plumbing masterpiece of reconstruction. The tub works better than it ever has. While he was here, he noticed the bathroom sink was draining slow. He fixed that also, no charge. Donnie was personable and reliable. He works long hours into the evening. It's nice to have plumbing available during the evening without an upcharge. We would highly highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Donnie was arranged by American Home Shield to address an overnight pipe blowout. He was gracious enough to get to me the same day so I could have it fixed before a vacation beginning the following day. He handled the entire transaction with AHS, found and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently. Donnie is very amiable and I highly recommend him.

Donnie was great! I had a pinhole leak in a pipe in the basement. I left him a text (like it says on the voicemail), a couple hours later he called back, said he'd be over in an hour, showed up and fixed the leak in 10 minutes.

Don came to my house at 1am to get up some emergency water pumping from my back yard window well to the front yard. He worked quickly and smartly. Paying for plumbing emergencies is never fun, but I believe i got a fair price.

I can't give him less than 5 stars simply because he is an honest, independent plumber that's willing to take the emergency jobs. I'll be looking to him for my next plumbing job.

Is not honest at all, when I did business with him,he told me that he was honest and reliable, when I tried to get back to him,he would not return my calls, have been trying for 3 weeks, left numerous messages and no one returned any phone calls, I would never do business with him

Don just left here. He replaced a bathroom spout in about 20 minutes. Total cost $177. Had Bonfes here earlier and had to pay their $89 travel fee to get a quote for over $1000. I don't think I need to say any more.

Having a backed up drain on a Sunday is no fun. Don was great, responded quickly, and took care of the problem without issue. They are extremely busy, sometimes working through the night. Texting is the best way to reach them, and if you don't hear back, give them a little nudge. Excellent service -- I will use them again.
