I wanted to thank Dwaine for his help, and also thank the office staff at Armstrong. They persisted on fixing our shower despite a host of problems from the supplier of the parts that we needed. Armstrong responded in a timely manner throughout. During the process I was able to reach both Dwaine and the office by telephone whenever I needed too. I'll call again and recommend Armstrong for consideration to anyone with a plumbing problem.

We came home from vacation on a Saturday morning, and found our kitchen sink would not drain. I tried to snake the drain myself, but only had a 25 foot snake. I called Armstrong, and they came right out!!
Mike did a great job! He even protected the floor before kneeling down and setting up his machine!!
He was completed in less than a half hour!! (I should have called them first, but I like to try on my own).
Very professional job and staff! From the initial call, to the tech HIMSELF calling me about a half hour before he showed up!! I thought that kind of old fashioned courtesy and professionalism was a dying art.
Thank you Armstrong!! You were a real Godsend!!

I called in the morning first thing in the morning due to a leaking sink. They sent Gary out to take a look at the problem. He was quick to let me know the problem and suggested I just get a new faucet as the price was going to be about the same. He was quick to fix everything and very polite. Although a. It pricey I would call again as I have a very old house.

We have had some issues since we purchased the home 2 years ago.Slow draining and continuous clogs and back ups. We had another company come to the home a month ago, paid over $100.00 and although they did clear the one clog, they never looked for the real issue. Armstrong came to my home, scoped the main and found an issue. To make sure he was correct he called in management to confirm. We had a major clog in our main line from grease from the previous owners. At one point in our pipe we only had about a 2"" clearance. They snaked and cleaned the entire main. We have had no clogs and the drains now drain quickly. They were on time, very professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Armstrong. I hope we never have to but, if we need a plumber again it will be your company.

You guys did an excellent job in removing the grease in the sewer today. Even though the sewer was 300ft, you guys were willing to clean and provided a video as proof of the job. We recently purchase a home in Sacramento. It had been totally remodeled one year ago but the inspection showed a few plumbing flaws. We also wanted to replace the existing water heater with a tankless water heater. We had 3 companies come out to give us bids. We chose Armstrong. Even though it wasn't the least expensive bid, it was the most comprehensive. Dwight did a good job of assessing the scope of work which included following up on the work required from the inspections. The plumbers who came out the first time did a professional job and walked us through new issues they found when they were inspecting all of the plumbing under the house. Dwight came out for the city inspection which went smoothly. We had them back to complete the repairs on the new issues identified and Steven and Gary were great. Gave us a few options on how to repair with saving us money in mind. We highly recommend Armstrong and would use them again.

I recently had Armstrong Plumbing out for the ""second"" time in the past 2 years. The first time started as the same issue as the second. The quarter toilet was clogged and I couldn't get it unstuck, plus the rest of the house was experiencing very slow drainage in all sinks and showers. The first time (and mind you we were dealing with pipes from 1960), they did a great job. Unfortunately for me, we also found that there was no clean out for the house (second house in this area I've gone through this). So day one - the guys went hard to work to unclog the toilet AND to identify where the outlet pipe was so I could have a clean out put in. Day two, the guys came and went to work on the clean out and the next team came to roto rooter all the pipes and make sure drainage was working. This time around it was unclog the toilet and I asked for a proactive cleanout. At ALL times everyone was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. Oh, and the prices were more than reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone - and if I go through with a remodel it will be Armstrong I will be calling to do the work.

Armstrong Plumbing was very friendly and understanding of my problem. They dispatched Mauricio to my home and everything was better from that point forward.
Mauricio was excellent. From the minute he called to let me know he was on his way I knew I had the right guy. He showed up soon after his call and assured me he could take care of my problem. It wasn't an easy job but he made It look easy and got it done very quickly. When you don't have running water you find yourself willing to work with anyone. In my case I got my water back on and Mauricio was more than a pleasure to work with. Because of Mauricio I will use Armstrong Plumbing the next time I have any plumbing problems.

My tenant informed me of a clog w the main sewer line Saturday leading up to the Super Bowl. I raced around looking for someone who would be able to address the issue quickly. Armstrong was one of the very few company that I was able to reach in person. Which tells me that they have a pretty strong base of operation.

Given that it was the weekend, I anticipated that they may have limited availability but to my surprise, I was able to have a tech come out within a couple of hours. My tenant indicated that the technician was extremely patient, friendly and thorough. We had to pay a premium for the weekend support but the speed and service made it definitely worthwhile.

To top it all off, I received a call from a support staff a week later just checking in. Confused and very pleasantly surprised! Definitely will work with the team again for future issues.
