I can't begin to tell you what amazing service I had with Jason from Armstrong Plumbing. We recently moved to Sacramento from Visalia and moved our washer and dryer hoping to save some money. He problem solved SO MANY different issues that we were confronted with while learning our gas dryer wouldn't work after all, and even after it had been stacked by an uneducated plumber. He came back to our house 2 different times to make sure the job was done correctly and only charged us the bare minimum and only for 1 visit. He even moved our old dryer down our awful windy stairs and helped set up the new dryer we had to purchase from Home Depot. I have had to use plumbers numerous times in the past but never have I had an experience with a plumber so easy to work with and so knowledgable. Needless to say I would HIGHLY recommend Jason W at Armstrong Plumbing.

I found that the individuals that came to my home to help out with a plumbing emergency were very friendly and professional and they fixed the issue I called for. My only complaint is that while they were here I asked for help regarding a related issue where my toilet took a very long time to refill

Michael L. and his partner advised me that that was something that I would just have to live with and it was normal for toilets to take over 7 minutes to refill. They informed me that there was not an option to fix the toilets delayed refill issue

Several months later a houseguest looked at my toilet and taught me how to change the ' flapper' on the toilet! This was an easy five dollar fix and I did it myself ...I'm really disappointed and offended that the plumbers advised me that that issue was not repairable and it was something I had to live with... I don't think that it's right that they did not offer to help with something so easy

Evan fixed our clogged kitchen sink which required replacing some VERY old original pipes. He was polite, kept me informed as things progressed, and did a great job! Highly recommend.

Our kitchen garbage disposal was leaking horribly down the electrical wires. It was a Saturday and Armstrong Plumbing was booked. The wonderful receptionist put us on standby and thankfully they were able to come out that afternoon. George was amazing. He took a look, told us the problem and the solution (new garbage disposal). We decided to have them replace it for us, the service was fast and fairly priced. George also took time to inspect the rest of the sink and noticed that our spray hose component of the sink was losing suction and leaking, causing our water flow to hiccup. He informed us we needed a new hose, and showed us how to install it ourselves, wrote down the make and model of the faucet and told us to call the manufacturer as the brand we had carries a lifetime warranty and all replacement parts would be free (he didn't have a replacement hose for that model on his truck). I was really grateful for his time, honestly, integrity and work ethic. Sure enough, within 24 hours we have a replacement hose on the way and the know how to do it ourselves when it arrives.

I've used this company several times now for different issues inside the house and with the external sewer lines. They are wonderful. My most recent experience was having them come over to reconnect the plumbing after I had new counters installed. They gave me a much more competitive quote than the renovation people. They are also very professional, fast and clean. Jason did the most recent job and he was great! I will definitely use them for all future plumbing needs. We had a clogged sewer line and called Armstrong Plumbing for help on a Monday morning. Within just one-hour after calling, ""Vincent"" arrived at our door to inspect the problem.
We have a home that's close to 100 years old and we hadn't a clue where the sewer line was located. After walking the perimeter of the house several times, Vincent located the line and worked hard to correct the problem. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough.
