Wow. I amazed at how knowledgeable and personable Corey was at our appointment today. Amazing customer service! He made our visit an effortless and easy going experience.

So my pipe busted out in my back yard the other day and boy did I panic! Water was running faster than a volcanic explosion lol! Nonetheless, I contacted my landlord and he was able to get in touch with Armstrong Plumbing. Now this was after business hours so I thought there was no way I'd get help that night. To my surprise they were able to send out one of their best employees if you ask me. His name is Peter C. and he was the most kind, down to earth, and wise person. He waited patiently a couple of hours for the county to arrive, and maintained a professional attitude. He even followed up with me the next day to fully resolve the issue with the HOA, and they too are difficult to reach. Peter was very thorough and extremely professional so it is a must that I speak highly of his work ethic and mannerisms. We need more people like him in the world. Thank you Armstrong Plumbing and Peter!

I had a leak from the shower drain dripping into my kitchen. Will the technician was thorough and the price was fair. I recommend highly.

I've used Armstrong for years for plumbing issues in my older (built 1920) home and they have always done a great job and been reliable. RecentlyI had a leak in a tub/shower niche in an upstairs bathroom, and the space was challenging--it needed retiling, but also the old cast-iron tub was small and stained. However, I didn't want to do a full gut and remodel of the bathroom, and it was hard to find a contractor that would take on a smaller job like that. I was surprised and happy to learn that Armstrong has a full-service remediation and reconstruction department and was able to do the job start to finish, including installation of a new soaking tub (they were very helpful in finding one to fit the small space), matching original tile so that there was continuity with the look in the rest of the tiled bathroom, managing a subcontractor for tile installation, and doing full remediation of the mildew and water damage from seepage from the leak. They also worked with me on pricing (they have a loyalty club and joining that saved quite a lot on the job). I recommend their work both for minor issues and larger ones.

I would give negative stars if I could. Over $700 for a small 45 minute job. Absolutely shameful to charge these types of prices. The staff are decent is the only positive positive I would say.

Get other bids. Apparently they charge $395/hr and then do a multiplier of about times 4 on parts. The 2 guys sent were nice enough, but the explanation of the price was crazy. It was 1' of PEX and 2 connectors with a barb connector to repair a leak....so maybe $30 of parts which they waited for to be delivered. The salesy guy said it was ""flex pricing"" and they were trying to get close to the most expensive plumbers in the industry.

Armstrong Plumbing was able to quickly and accurately identify my plumbing issue and offered me honest feedback for the best course of action. Their estimate for the work was also 33% less than a competitor. I'm very pleased with the work they performed and highly recommend!

Got a bid for some drain line work in my crawl space. It was 4x the competitors price. The technician dodged stating the price of the work by front loading his speech with bells and whistles that only a fool would fall for. Go elsewhere.
Parts were $52 at HD and Labor was estimated at 2hrs.
Armstrong wanted $1795, got their competition to do it for $450 and it took them 1hr and 6 minutes. They did exactly as I needed and proposed. Although Armstrong has done work at my house in the past I will never use again.

Not a good value, overpriced, lack of attention to detail. Do not recommend. There are way better plumbers in Sacramento.

Mike is an awesome service manager. He helped figure out invoice and This company has always been fair on prices. I can not say enough about their work! They have always helped our school and have always been on time.
