Good communications, excellent service, fair pricing, and a rare sense of pride in work. Has a good sense of awareness for other potential problems that can be fixed before they occur. One of the top three plumbers I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many. Highly recommend.

Sent a request on yelp at 7:00pm at night and received confirmation from Armstrong that they would be out to my house for an estimate for a water heater replacement. I received a quote from another company for $950. Armstrong performed the work for much lower than the other company. I received a text update when they were to arrive. When they got here they completed the job within an hour. Overall a stressful situation in terms of price and ""will it get done soon"", was all squashed as Roger from Armstrong showed up when he said and got out new water heater installed quickly and with high quality work!

I called for an emergency water leak in a copper pipe under the kitchen sink and was pleasantly surprised to speak with someone who could answer my questions, not just schedule an appointment.

Roger was very helpful and got a technician out same day, on a weekend. Chris made our repair and was awesome to work with. He was diligent, thorough, and worked diligently to make a complex repair.
