Used Armstrong Plumbing for the 2nd time and do not plan on using them again. The first time they fixed a leak under our sink, came quick and charged a fair price. Forgot to turn our drinking water purifier back on, but came back without charging for an extra trip and turned it on the same day and were very nice about it.

The second time, our toilet had been flushing all by itself day and night, and Mark came out and assessed the job; it was a replacement flapper, and he just needed to go get it from Home Depot, a 10 minute drive. He was gone for about an hour. When he came back with the $15 part, it was about twenty minutes to install and then explain what he did. Then the bill, $160. Whoa, sticker shock. This wasn't an emergency call, at night or on a weekend. It was scheduled a day ahead. He knocked off ten bucks as a Christmas discount. I appreciate the thought but will be looking for someone with more affordable prices for the work hereafter.

Matt and his partner did an excellent job repairing my drain. It required jackhammering the slab in a tight space but they got it done and completed the job with little mess. Matt is up to date on homeowners insurance also and help with us with the process. They also have all the connections for repairs need, drying & treatment of the flooded area. The response time was excellent as well as the whole job experience. High recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Thank you Matt, for spending time on the phone diagnosing a leak in my front yard. It ended up being an old sprinkler line that had a disintegrated valve my husband will replace but I have a new go-to plumber should anything unsavory happen at home. Matt was just as kind, courteous and patient as the previous reviews described... Thanks, man!

He spent time trouble shooting with me, made sure I understood how to check my water meter for leaks- not something I have done before, but easily learned over the phone because of his thorough, illustrative communication style!

Before I was off to check my meter, I had the info for the Leak Diagnostic person, and a time slot to follow up just in case. About an hour later Matt called back to tell me he had a cancellation for the next morning. We had just discovered the leaky culprit and were glad that it wasn't going to require a major investment.

I thanked Matt for being just as great as his reviews and it is totally true.
If you want someone down-to-earth who will use plain language, not trade jargon, to explain the issues- plus is courteous, answers the phone and can schedule you in real time to solve a worrisome problem then Armstrong is your company!

I found Armstrong Plumbing through Yelp. I read the reviews and I was more than satisfied that he would take care of my plumbing needs.
I called, talk to the owner Matt who was quick to schedule an appointment. Matt arrived on time, explained the entire process of replacing my wall unit. I was so impress that I scheduled him weeks later for more plumbing needs and upgrades. I already have a quote to replace the water heater in my house. I'm all set for when it does eventually break down. I found Matt to be friendly, easy going and professional.
