Armstrong is the WORST internet supplier! They purposely slow down your reception speed to try to force you to upgrade your service. Armstrong is NOT about customer service. It is about cheating the customer. Every day, my wait time to move to the next website is outrageous. I could take a nap each time while waiting.

Hands down the worst ISP (internet service provider) I ever had the misfortune of subscribing to. Horrible speeds most days. Multiple disconnects on some days. Customer support is mediocre. Data caps... Unfortunately they have Monopolized the area so a lot of us are suckered into their service with little choice. If you have one, don't chose Armstrong.

My internet went out and I called for service after checking if it could be fix it was decided that I needed a service call. I was given a time of between 2-430 but was called and told a service Rep was in the area and could be over shortly if that was ok with me. The service Rep arrived in 20 minutes I'm sorry I forgot his name but he fix the problem very quickly and was on his way. In a time when we seem to find fault more than none it is a pleasure to write this.
