Let me put it for you simply....**LOOK ELSEWHERE!** This company cuts corners and does not stand by their workmanship. I was told by the owner of the company himself that my issues with grout erosion & a rusty tub after ~ 4 months were solely caused by my improper use and refused to even acknowledge the issue. I do not understand how one can improperly take a shower; I guess possibly if they were bathing in corrosives. Nevertheless, I urge you to please take my advice and go with another company. There are multiple plumbing outfits in the area to choose from that will stand by their work and are in it to earn your trust for a lifetime. For instance, I used Peace of Mind Plumbing and was highly satisfied. Best of luck in your search!

I highly recommend Armstrong Bros. Plumbing. I have used them both personally and professionally for several years. Yesterday, I called for service to get my guest bathroom tub to drain again. Milton Brown showed up within an hour from placing my call!!!! He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He cleared the clog quickly.

In the past I have used Armstrong and had good service so I called for a recent plumbing problem. The plumber was very young and inexperienced. He told me that his trainer instructed him to """"fuck things up"""". That is the only way he'd learn to be a plumber. Well, he did just that at my house when he came out and cut the dishwasher line, instead of detaching it and left the knockout hole open and spewing water after telling me the kitchen sink was fixed and ready to use. He broke off the overflow pipe, instead of detaching it leaving shards of metal sticking out everywhere needing a sawder to fix. When he returned with the part, he said he overestimated his ability to get access to the pipe and told me the pipes line would have to be cut and 5-6 hours of labor. After he left, I asked a few other plumbers to look and when I went to take a picture of the issue, I realized he took my pipes, my property, with him. Later, I realized why. It was because he broke off the pipe and left it for me to clean up. His messes cost me 3 hours more labor with another company because of the metal he left in shards, though the other company easily fit his hand in and fixed the overflow with plenty of room to spare. When I called the company, they offered me a 50.00 check for the trouble and said that they refused to talk about the situation after I emailed them with details. I am a single mother and this mess could have been solved very inexpensively. I have never been so disappointed as I was with the rude and unprofessional, untrained service and customer service.

I would recommend Armstrong for plumbing. We had a sink drain that would not clear. Mark made short work of the stoppage and gave use reconditions for keeping the stoppage from reoccurring. Mark left the area around the work site clean.

Extremely, unhappy with the service. I attempted DYI with no success. So, time to call a professional big mistake. Armstrong bros plumbing came out and took a guess that it was either the new parts I installed or the gas was restricted. I called for a repair, not a psychic reading, no estimate or repair attempt was made. But yes, they charged me $ 277.00. I found a knowledgeable professional and it was the simplest repair of a TRD switch that should have been the first thing to check with the symptoms.
