Needed a shower head replaced and the current shower head was stuck with rust to the pipe. Made a call to this company and was told I would get a call back with a quote. A minute later received a call back and angel negotiated a fair price with me for the service and said he could be here at 4pm same day. Angel texted me before arrival that he was on his way and arrived at 4am. Angel then replaced the shower head in 20 minutes and completed the service. New Shower head works great. Really great service and will be using them in the future.

I'd give more stars if I could! Angel always fits us in and today he rushed back from American Canyon to vacaville to fix a broken/frozen garbage disposal. I'm minding two houses right now and very busy/stressed. He was able to turdjust it and didn't charge me! Most would charge just to show up! He is the best!!!

I called ARMS two days ago to see if they could fix an issue with our shower that we had had for over two years. They actually sent some one over that day for a free assessment. Angel Martinez arrived and quickly took things apart and found the issue. He took pictures of the parts and was going to put it back together until he could return with the fix. We opted to let him keep it that way. When he arrived with the fix, he put in the parts, made sure it was working top notch, and left the place in perfect order. He even suggested we call about another piece of the shower installation that looked to be wearing out and was covered by Delta for a lifetime.

Excellent, efficient, service. Would highly recommend them.

I had some water hammering in my kitchen hot water, and I did everything I could think of to fix the issue. After I couldn't get it fixed I called ARMS and the man who showed up went through what I did, then fixed it by twisting the hot water shutoff (it was a little bit shut, causing the hammering).

I asked him how much I owed him, and he said it was free. Granted it was an easy fix, but he drove over to my house and fixed it for no charge.

I will definitely use this company more often.

Angel was incredibly customer service oriented. He was super fast and informative. We were actually pretty surprised at how fast he was able to give us a quote and come to the house for a first time customer.
