Had a clogged kitchen sink. Rudy returned my call in 30 minutes on a Saturday. He said he would be at my home in 1 hour. He arrived in 20 minutes. Rudy was polite and gave me a fair estimate before he started working. He was done within an hour. He explained everything and really knew what he was doing. Without being politically incorrect, he was a good Christian. Armoured Plumbing and Rudy are my plumbers for life.

Worried we had a leak under the house, Steven came the same day we called and was able to determine the cause (not a leak, but overwatering with a drip line) and put our minds at ease. Didn't charge for the short appointment, which we appreciated. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Main line between house and sewer blocked up. Called after hours, got an answering service, left a message. Got a call back 1/2 hour later, said they could be out at 8am the next morning. Sure enough, they came out, cleared the line (and went up the line just for good measure), and all was well again. Barry was great, fun to talk to, and did a professional job for a reasonable price. Thank you!

1st time about a year ago hair clogged in the shower drain.
This time clogged toilet.
On both occasions the bill was $95 and friendly service with Rudy.
Affordable and good people.

They took much longer than we anticipated for a relatively easy job of replacing two shower cartridges and four faucet stems. A second plumber snaked out a a drain pipe in the yard. They were both talking on their cell phones a lot. The charges were vert steep (over $500) especially the parts which were twice the price of retail at plumbing supply. The receipt was not legible and written on scratch paper. Also, they were late in arriving without a phone call and did not wear foot protection and therefore left dirt in our shower and on our carpets. I agree with recent posts on poor management: we wrote an email to Steve expressing our dissatisfaction with the service and he did not respond. Second email to follow up - no response. I called on the phone and he was very short, unapologetic, and did not even offer a small credit or refund as a good faith gesture. It was clear he was not interested in our business.

I want to give more stars to Rudy [the actual plumber] but the management was terrible. At first, things seemed great, Steve came out and was really nice. He gave us an estimate of $300 to fix our leaking sink, install the faucet we bought, and connect the water to our newly purchased refrigerator - this was the quote for parts and 3 hours of their time. We scheduled a time for them to come back and do the work, and Rudy was great. He fixed the sink, and installed the faucet, but then he said it would be an additional $400 to connect the water to the fridge. What the hell? So, we elected to leave that bit out, and it only took Rudy 2 hours to get the other work done - they still charged us $300, and then had the NERVE to not only tell us we 'got off easy' but then proceeded to tell us that our faucet was a piece of crap and that it was a dumb purchase.

Although Rudy did good work, they screwed us, and were quite obnoxious. FAIL.

It would have been nice to have been able to write a positive review, but since they ""no called, no showed"" twice, I can't. I'm just glad that I got off work early, cleared out my kitchen cabinets, and waited around for hours, just so I could be stood up twice. It was also really nice when the guy who called me back to reschedule hung up on me

I guess my small job wasn't worth it. On the bright side: now I know who NOT to call when we have to replace all of our old galvanized plumbing in the near future!

Barry gave us a very reasonable quote on a new water heater which we plan to buy in a couple of months. He also lit a pilot light on our 14 year old water heater at no charge! Great customer service provided by a Roseville based plumber!

Amazing and prompt service coupled with affordable rates. My water heater cracked and needed to be replaced soon. I called the original installer -""big name"" plumber -and was quoted an outrageous price with little flexibility in installation appointments. I then called Armoured Plumbing based upon yelp reviews and was so happy with the outcome. Barry (manager) sent someone to give a quote within one hour of first call. He called me back with quote which was significantly lower than ""big name"" plumber. I set an appointment for the following day. However, Barry had a canceled call late in the afternoon and came directly to my home to replace the water heater. His demeanor was professional and courteous! Thank you Armoured Plumbing!

Called earlier today, shower won't stop running (had to close the main water to the house!). They came out a couple hours later, had the cartridge in the van, did the repair in just a few minutes with no issues! They even re-caulked it. Very reasonable prices too. Highly recommended. I will call Armoured again for my future plumbing needs for sure!
