Jim ended up installing a new furnace for me. It came out great! He went a little further than most by putting in new pipe and fittings....all at a reasonable price....his communication was great.....very responsive! He had to make one adjustment and he came over within a day. One other thing happened and I thought there was an issue, and he came over the same day I called him. It ended up not being the furnace, but my understanding of house heat up time from very cold 50's to 68....he told me what to expect...and it is better to keep it within a certain range as more energy is used bringing a house from very cold to warm. Great, great service!

We've had two occasions where he could have charged us a fortune and gave us great customer service instead. The first time occurred when we called him (after hours!) with a backup and he was able to identify by phone that the problem wasn't the toilet but the sewer line. He recommended who to call (and not call). Needless to say, we called him with our next issue: a shower leaking through the ceiling. Again, he made a simple, affordable diagnosis that worked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
