We had a flow problem from our creek to our pond and we called Armor plumbing. Cameron and Travis arrived on time and were super helpful. Cameron was very knowledgeable and solved our problem in under one hour. I will call him again in a heartbeat! Thanks again guys!

So hopefully I will never have to call this company again. They lied all weekend to us about getting out to our """"immediate emergency"""". It's Monday at 9:02 am we called this company on Saturday and they said someone would be getting out to us within a half hour ( a blatant lie) no one showed nor called, Sunday passes same shtick. So just now we got a call from Cheyenne at Armor Plumbing who said they had a Holiday Party going on this weekend and therefore no one was at work. So they lied to us for days for about 5 different phone calls for them to just call on Monday and admit they were lying. No one was going to come help us and they knew that. I just wish they could have been honest in yunno maybe the first 5 hours, or 24 hours, or 40 hours, I wouldn't have wasted my time nor my cell service.

I hired a contractor to finish my basement who ended up being a scam (progreso construction LLC) He sub contracted the plumbing job to Armor Plumbing who both appear to be best of friends.we paid for the plumbing rough in and finish and the contractor terminated the project with no reasons given without finishing the job and still yet to get my refund back for incomplete project. We have not received any warranty on the work done thus far and after so many attempts to get this directly from armor plumbing , they avoided my calls and were non responsive . I'm been kept on hold for a long period and they eventually cut off and when I try reaching them back nobody picks up. This is unethical !!!!. I advice anyone out there thinking of using this company to RUN!!!

Armor Plumbing was referred to me by a reputable person. They were my second estimate due to having water damage from a leaky bathroom sink. I have an open claim with my insurance company who covers the initial cost for a plumber to come out to asses the work but will not cover the repairs which is standard. The Armor customer service was great, the person who completed the work was very nice and professional. The initial estimate was reasonable for the specific issue compared to my first estimate from a different company/contractor who seemed dishonest and only wanted money. I asked the Armor representative (Ben Goss) how much to come out for an estimate and was told there was no fee. I asked when his office called me, do they service my area (from office rep) and was told yes. The plumber indicated I needed to replace the stops under the sink and it would be $156. Then suggested I replace all 5 of them to ensure it does not leak again which brought the cost to $490. After considering the small cost for parts, I decided to only fix the ones that needed to be replaced for $156. When I informed him of that the cost to fix just the specific stops that caused my issue jumped from $156 to $240 only because """"my boss advised me"""", """"we drove an hour out here from Canton"""" and """"we need to make some money"""". These are the things we were told by the Plumber. This to me seemed unethical since he quoted a price after checking with """"the boss"""" and before leaving to purchase the parts of $156. Wow - we were very disappointed about the unreasonable jump in cost and the comments of driving an hour. I did not know where the company's home base was and I asked if they serviced my area prior to booking the appointment. So while I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the expertise, professionalism, and the work that was done. I just want to warn future customers so they don't have to experience this feeling of still being duped in the end. I appreciate that there was no """"official"""" cost to come out as other customers do, but if I decided not to have them complete the work and just provide an estimate no money would have been made at all and they would have still traveled an hour. However, due to the no fee to come out, and what I felt was a true assessment of the issue, along with an honest estimate I allowed them to proceed and they earned my business. But they did not allow me to change my mind and increased the cost substantially catching me off guard and that is what I feel was wrong and why I wanted to post this review. I'm not asking you not to use this company but just have the right conversations up front and be cautious if you live an hour away from the business. The professionalism, expertise and knowledge was appreciated but not the unexpected, unethical, change in price practice. I paid for all five stops to be replaced but feel dissatisfied at how it all went down with the pricing. Thanks for allowing me this platform to voice my experience today.

I had the worst plumbing nightmare ever, and Armor Plumbing fixed it! Long story short, my septic drain lines were full/saturated and my septic tank (thanks to a previous genius owner) was under the slab floor of a second garage. The solution required placing a new tank and lines and involved several complicated steps including cutting concrete, hand digging two 14"""" x 7' x almost 4' deep trenches, tunneling under two foundations plus having to maneuver around the old system. All that on top of working 200 feet of drain around my old system and I have a pond and two creeks which they had to avoid. Armor was not the lowest bid for the job, but were close, and after meeting Cameron I had confidence that they could do it. And they did! Getting my permit approved was not a problem. Then they put my yard back as good as possible and did their best to work around my landscaping. They spread straw in the yard, poured concrete in the garage and patio, and hauled off the broken concrete. It was the best experience with a company I've hired in a while executing a somewhat complicated plan to a tee and with no damage to my home and at what I thought was a very fair price.

I used Armor plumbing recently. The technician was very friendly efficient and did a good job. The issue was with the process. I had a gas leak in a deteriorating pipe. Armor plumbing gave me a quote to replace the gas line. On the day of the job the technician said he didn't have much experience with gas and underquoted the job probably by half or $3,000. He said he wanted to try just digging down in the concrete and replacing the piece of pipe that comes out of the ground. I agreed. It worked and in less than two hours he had replaced about a foot of pipe and added a shut off valve. He then billed me $1,056 for the two hours of work. I asked for a breakdown of labor and materials and Armor would not supply it. I assume the materials were less than $50 so it seems I was billed about $1,000 for two hours of labor. Again the work was good and they were friendly. Just watch out for a bait and switch and make sure you get firm pricing before the job starts.

The initial symptom was a sewage leak in the back yard. Tim did an inspection and assessment finding the root cause of the problem in the front yard. His inspection indicating a waviness that allowed for easy clogging and this in turn prevented the primary sewage line from draining properly and backflowing into the secondary sewage line. When uncovered, the waviness in the primary sewage line was easily seen and that line was replaced from the house to the connection with the county sewer line. Repairs were made to the secondary sewage line along with rewiring the sump pump for that line when an issue with the electrical connection was noted. Despite the extent of work required, the crew from Armor Plumbing stayed late and completed the work in one day for what I had originally thought would be a multi-day job due to the extent of work needed. It's hard to say enough good things in a short review.

It's hard finding a good plumber. It's even harder finding one for an emergency call. Then it's darn impossible to find an honest one when you are in an emergency situation. I've found my """"go to"""". I'll call Armor for any plumbing needs. August 2019. Update, still number one in my book!! From repairing outside faucets to resetting toilets. Which is exactly what they did for me in the past few months. A+++

Had one of their guys out 3 weeks ago to go over what final rough-in work I needed to complete a home remodel. """"All of this is very do-able and not a problem,"""" he said. I even provided a short scope of work to jog his memory for when he went to write the estimate. I have called them five times for the estimate to no avail, including the plumber's cell phone (he said he was in a bad service area and would call me back -- this was six days ago). I was looking forward to doing business with them, but don't bother calling unless you just want to hear yourself talk.

Honest Plumber. Had two plumbers comes out to look at my failed pump. First company said it was a failed float switch and it would cost $600. Daniel from Armor Plumbing came out and said the float switch was simply stuck because some debris fell on it. It started to work. Ran three cycles. No problem. No charge. They did give me a price just in case. $325. I think I just found my go to plumber for all my other facilities throughout Atlanta.
