Please do not use this company. Last fall I had them at my house. I had not used them previously. This was a Bogo special of $49.00 for a yearly maintenance of both the AC and furnace. My normal guy who installed my HVAC 5 years ago is so busy and I thought this would be a good idea. It turns out not to be a good idea at all and ended up costing me $500.00. According to their technician the refrigerant was as it should be, and he tightened the schrader seeing nothing wrong to fix.
When I turned the ac on in April due to a couple warm days the air coming out was not cold but warm. I called Armor Air to come explain as they were the last to service the ac. When the tech arrived, he had in his hands the refrigerant and said, ""You're correct it's out of freon and we will refill and it will be $675.00."" I told him to hold up and explain what happened to my ac and his response was, ""these things happen.""
I called my regular guy who came out a day or two later and filled the ac with refrigerant for $425.00. There is nothing wrong with my ac unit and no leak is what he told me.
I called another company to verify, and they said my ac was fine and could find no leak.
Armor Air wanted to put dye in the system and find a leak and then refill the freon. But there is no leak. Armor Air thought since I had 5 years left on warranty that they would be making money off everyone. Here is another problem with what they wanted to do. Many manufacturers do not want dye in the system of the ac. Yet Armor Air insisted they did nothing wrong and the way to prove it is to put dye in the system and find a leak.
What they did is awful and the fact that there is no leak speaks for itself. They should be sued and forced out of business. I can only hope several unhappy customers will get together and do just that.

They are quick to respond. Very thorough. I've used their company for HVAC, furnace, air quality, plumbing and am very happy with their work.

Great disappointment!. We had them out a few times prior to this and were very happy with the service. They offered a plumbing and heating inspection. They provided pictures and measurements that were out of spec. Long story short, we were told our water softener was not working so our water was really hard, our drains were not configured correctly, our water heater was at end of life and our furnace ignitor and inducer motor were out of spec.
We had them replace the water softener water heater correct the drain issues, add whole house water filters, Install a heat pump and furnace.
The day of install 12-20-23 I received an email about a special Free PS5 with purchase of a Daikim Furnace and AC. I responded to the email that the installation was in process.
Now the bad stuff.

Plumbing: On the first night we had water spraying all over the basement, I found a hose had blown off the Iron filter. I was able to bypass it and stop the flow. Day 2 the drains had not been completely corrected and when running the washer water poured from a vent that should have been removed. During the installation our freezers were unplugged, and we didn't catch it for over a week causing us to need to throw away 300 to 400 dollars' worth of food.

Furnace. Along with furnace came an Eco bee thermostat. We have questions about its operation so far no one has contacted us to answer them. We were told that there is a sensor that could be placed in one room allowing it to be at a different temperature than the rest of the house

Terry the salesman ask us to release the funds several times before the work was done. Salesman also needed some education on how Ecobee worked because I asked about vent dampers to be able to control individual room temps and he said ""yea I guess so""

No PS5 so I would say that was a scam.

Don't call them.

Like another person who submitted a review they charged me $700 for 1/2 lb of refrigerant!! I wasn't as knowledgeable and paid that amount.

Then they told me I needed a new furnace!
This time I decided to get two more opinions and was told there was nothing wrong with my furnace.

This company just wants to get as much money from you as they can.

Also, the service person put my furnace filter back in wrong! Luckily I disc that error two days later when I was chaNing the furnace filter.

I tried to resolve this without posting a negative comment but the didn't respond to my letter.

Call a reputable service company. I wish I would have read these reviews before I called them!!

Their ""$29 service fee"" posted on their truck should read ""$29 estimate fee."" Armor air wanted to charge me $500 to put in a pound and a half of freon. I've had air conditioner units worked on before. I currently have a 3-year-old carrier unit. And I knew that there was someone out there who would charge me a more reasonable price. I ultimately got it fixed by a good licensed serviceman, who charged me $150 to put in a new capacitor and a pound, a half of freon, and water spray clean.

KEEP AWAY FROM ARMOR AIR.

I went to Armor Air based on a recommendation, Terry the sales guy has not called me back and it's been a week and a half since they installed my new HVAC unit. I just had a couple questions and a Terry hasn't made the courtesy to give me a call or text back. They are professional up front, but post sale they don't give a shit about you. Will not be recommending them to anybody or using them on any of my rental homes.

I gave them a check post dated for 4 days in advance and I told them I didn't have the money in my bank account because I keep most of my money in an online account. It takes 2-3 days to transfer. They reassured me that they would wait until Tuesday to deposit the money. I woke up the very next day (a Thursday) and they deposited the check. I'm very glad the check didn't bounce. Extremely unprofessional after I told them the circumstances and they agreed to it.

So they send a guy named Fred here to my home for an estimate on some ductwork. I'm having a serious dust issue. I had a Blower Door Test and I've already got recommendations of wat I needed done. Right off the bat he tried to get me to buy an air purifier which I've already tried 2 at one time in my house. It DID NOT WORK. I told him NO. I do not want it. I'm not trying to mask the problem. I just want to fix the problem. So he says I need to go up in the attic. I say ok. I'll open the gar door for u. U gota go in thru there. I go back in the house bc its 8 am and still cold out and I don't hear nothing upstairs but I'm waiting and waiting. 15 or 20 mins pass by and im still waiting so I go look outside to see how things are going and his trucks gone! He never did go up in the attic. He never did come back up to the door to say Im done. I'm leaving now. Nothing. That's very unprofessional if you ask me. So I definitely would not use this company. Obviously he was in a big hurry to get out of here. And I pissed him off bc I didn't want his air purifier. Not a good company if you can't even get them to communicate with you.

They did a FANTASTIC job! Jerome Poole was absolutely amazing. He was very polite and profession. Explained everything; simple to understand. They were fast about coming. We had one company that couldn't make it until Wednesday and another until Friday but Armor Air came right away as we were without water since Saturday and have two disabled, elderly moms living with us. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and will always re-use their services when needed. Thank you very much and have a wonderful Holiday.

Great communication, and reasonable pricing for new sewer. Selling home and Anton was flexible in dealing with both myself and the buyers to discuss needed repairs. A pleasure to work with.

I had an issue with the invoice with the work that was done... I can not say enough good things about this company and their customer service. My concerns were addressed quickly and the managers and everyone were very polite and extremely helpful. They solved the issue quickly and more than fairly. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this service to everyone.
