Don't call them.

Like another person who submitted a review they charged me $700 for 1/2 lb of refrigerant!! I wasn't as knowledgeable and paid that amount.

Then they told me I needed a new furnace!
This time I decided to get two more opinions and was told there was nothing wrong with my furnace.

This company just wants to get as much money from you as they can.

Also, the service person put my furnace filter back in wrong! Luckily I disc that error two days later when I was chaNing the furnace filter.

I tried to resolve this without posting a negative comment but the didn't respond to my letter.

Call a reputable service company. I wish I would have read these reviews before I called them!!

Their ""$29 service fee"" posted on their truck should read ""$29 estimate fee."" Armor air wanted to charge me $500 to put in a pound and a half of freon. I've had air conditioner units worked on before. I currently have a 3-year-old carrier unit. And I knew that there was someone out there who would charge me a more reasonable price. I ultimately got it fixed by a good licensed serviceman, who charged me $150 to put in a new capacitor and a pound, a half of freon, and water spray clean.

KEEP AWAY FROM ARMOR AIR.

I went to Armor Air based on a recommendation, Terry the sales guy has not called me back and it's been a week and a half since they installed my new HVAC unit. I just had a couple questions and a Terry hasn't made the courtesy to give me a call or text back. They are professional up front, but post sale they don't give a shit about you. Will not be recommending them to anybody or using them on any of my rental homes.

I gave them a check post dated for 4 days in advance and I told them I didn't have the money in my bank account because I keep most of my money in an online account. It takes 2-3 days to transfer. They reassured me that they would wait until Tuesday to deposit the money. I woke up the very next day (a Thursday) and they deposited the check. I'm very glad the check didn't bounce. Extremely unprofessional after I told them the circumstances and they agreed to it.

So they send a guy named Fred here to my home for an estimate on some ductwork. I'm having a serious dust issue. I had a Blower Door Test and I've already got recommendations of wat I needed done. Right off the bat he tried to get me to buy an air purifier which I've already tried 2 at one time in my house. It DID NOT WORK. I told him NO. I do not want it. I'm not trying to mask the problem. I just want to fix the problem. So he says I need to go up in the attic. I say ok. I'll open the gar door for u. U gota go in thru there. I go back in the house bc its 8 am and still cold out and I don't hear nothing upstairs but I'm waiting and waiting. 15 or 20 mins pass by and im still waiting so I go look outside to see how things are going and his trucks gone! He never did go up in the attic. He never did come back up to the door to say Im done. I'm leaving now. Nothing. That's very unprofessional if you ask me. So I definitely would not use this company. Obviously he was in a big hurry to get out of here. And I pissed him off bc I didn't want his air purifier. Not a good company if you can't even get them to communicate with you.

They did a FANTASTIC job! Jerome Poole was absolutely amazing. He was very polite and profession. Explained everything; simple to understand. They were fast about coming. We had one company that couldn't make it until Wednesday and another until Friday but Armor Air came right away as we were without water since Saturday and have two disabled, elderly moms living with us. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and will always re-use their services when needed. Thank you very much and have a wonderful Holiday.

Great communication, and reasonable pricing for new sewer. Selling home and Anton was flexible in dealing with both myself and the buyers to discuss needed repairs. A pleasure to work with.

I had an issue with the invoice with the work that was done... I can not say enough good things about this company and their customer service. My concerns were addressed quickly and the managers and everyone were very polite and extremely helpful. They solved the issue quickly and more than fairly. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this service to everyone.

What a ripoff. They wanted 500$ to replace a Thermostat.

A quick Google search for approximate cost of replacing a Thermostat shows

""For a standard, 2,000-square-foot home, the cost of installing or replacing a thermostat averages between $113 and $255, including the price of the unit and professional installation.""

I would stay away from Armor Air. I paid the service call fee of 29$ and said ""No Thank you"".

We had previously gone with another service to get our water heater and decided they were way more interested in selling us overpriced stuff than actually helping us so we went with someone else. These guys. And omg are these guys helpful. Christian came out and told us exactly what was wrong. He actually looked at our air conditioner instead of just telling us to replace it. And he helped us out.

Would recommend to anyone who needs advice and wants someone to actually look at their hvac system.

My initial technician, Harmon, was on time and very professional when he came out to get the initial specifications for our new HVAC system. My installers, Joey and John, put it in today. They are great guys, friendly, informative and simply put; good people. They took the time to ask my preference on a few changes, and made sure I was completely satisfied with all their work before leaving. I highly recommend Armor Air to anyone needing an honest estimate and service for their heating and/or air conditioning needs. Top quality equipment with an industry leading warranty (Daikin) and exceptional employees and customer service. Thank you Armor Air.
