If I could rate this company less than 1, I would. I called early in the week and made an appointment for Friday morning. It is a rent house in Acres Home. They gave an appointment time of 8:00-8:30am. I arrived at 7:45am. By 9:00am, I tried to reach them since no one had arrived and no call to say they were running late. Mind you their business is about 10 minutes from where the house is located. I called several times and it went to a different number with a voicemail. They never returned my call. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. You don't know how to run a business professionally, just close shop and go work for a real company to learn how to conduct a reliable, professional business.

My neighbors across the street used Armadillo Plumbing to do some work at their apartment building. They dug a hole in my driveway across the street inorder to connect a water line or sewer line. They said they would put some gravel and more than a week later, several phone calls from me and the person who hired them, and they have not done anything to repair the damage they did to my property. The area they dug has now collapsed into a crater and i cannot even use my own driveway and have to park on the street. I also caught two of their workers trespassing on another property i own around the corner. They were fiddling with the door like they were trying to break in to my building! They had no business on my property. I have no tresspass signs there. I have already filed a complaint and will file more. If i could give them a score of zero i would.

I call this business at 12 o'clock requesting for someone to come out and look at my property in the same neighborhood in which this business exist. Well when I called I was transferred three times because no one knew if their company could take out a tub, so they told me that will call me back which was around 12:35. No one calles me back until 3:50 (knowing they closed at 5) and I told them that I am a TEACHER and I did get off work until 4:30 and i could meet them 5 o'clock which the plumber agreed. I arrived at the house 10 minutes late due to Houston's traffic and to my surprise I waited there until 5:45 to realize that no one was coming. I knew that I would be number late and I called the that was called to me 4 times and I also called the business three times until I heard the voicemail that they close at 5 p.m. I left a voicemail telling them that I would be only 10 minutes late and please wait for me. There was no card or no phone call informing me that they would either not show up or did not have the chance to show up or if they showed up, but I received no information from this company after I had waited all that time on them. I am very disappointed in this business especially with this business being in Acres Homes area serving the community with hours that close up at 5 and also they don't work on the weekends. Being a business professional even though I stay in the Acres Homes neighborhood this company provides an inconvenience for someone who works a full time job so that is why I rated this company a 1 because they do not know how to handle business professionally.
